Excellent instructions. As a result i am going to attempt repairs of my own iPod nano 7. I have all the parts ordered in 3 ea in case I goof up. I like your very meticulous and surgical disassembly of the device. I only wished it had been a bit slower when using the box knife to take apart the sections. I looked at mine and still am a bit confused as to where to dig in. I'll have a better idea when I get the new parts which will show me how it sort of goes together. The other sort of stumbler is the ribbon cable connections. I'll examine them more closely when I get the new parts. The iPod of mine works, but the touch screen is not working properly. I'll just replace it and the new battery and lcd. I'll watch your vid again a few times... thanks.

Hello, I ask for help, I can not find information! How do I view the battery charging status? in settings there is no menu to view the battery status. Thanks for your help!

I wished that the camera would have been lower so I could see how you put the screen assy to the home button and the metal frame and how it fit to the glass. You were assy it below the camera view. I am doing that assy work now and am going to glue the frame to the glass. I have the B7000 from Amazon, got plenty of that stuff. I have to say, taking my iPod apart was a very difficult, lots of glue everywhere. The LCD was ok, but shattered as I was trying to get the #$%& thing apart. I purchased three of everything just in case. I'm using your video for this project. watch then pause, sometimes going back to watch a part over again. All in all a very helpful video.

Why do they make it so technical to replace the battery when its a common problem

So that you buy a new one, very shitty behaviour to be fair.

@@Noistisixto be fair it’s quite hard to make a device this small and beautiful also repairable
