I love how in the past, everyone thought Russia could take on NATO but in reality they struggled to take Ukraine

I see the pattern here, this is basically the same plot WW2 had but China has Germany's role and the US has the USSR's role. They signed a no-attack treaty, then the Chinese tricked them, like Hitler tricked Stalin, then the battle of Kansas was the battle of Moscow, Chicago was Stalingrad. Even though it's unrealistic (because it never happened), I got to say this is the best WW3 scenario out of all I've seen yet

And then, it is likely that China jumps in with NATO so, they can regain the land Russia stole from them at the end of ww2. That's why the Russians wore masks when they invaded Ukraine. imo not accurate at all, russia conquering practically entire europe is not realistic even with tactical nukes (their army is just too small and they lack manpower and industry) and china invading US main land is a joke.

I think Leningrad is more similar to the siege of Montreal because of its length. It began on June 29th 2020 and ended on the 19th of April 2021. Only difference is the enemy captured the city. Not the good guys. So LA kinda fits but not that much.

I know this is not my most recent video, but it is the most viewed and the one to which many people are still coming up to this day.
This channel has recently hit the 1000 subscribers mark. While it didn't explode as it happened to many other mappers of this great community (which is understandable considering the quality and quantity of my uploads) I'm still very happy to know my videos still are appreciated by the community.
I write this comment both to say thanks to you all guys and also to bring in some updates on my recent works.
I'm currently working on a new WW3 scenario, this will mean that the aftermath series I planned to do following this scenario will be cancelled, both due to problems of continuity, and also because I still believe the video I already had uploaded is not up to my new standards.
As such the video "The Peace Treaties of WW3" will henceforth be put on unlisted, I'll leave the link on this comment so if any of you guys wish to see it, you still can.
Unfortunately, I do not have a special video ready for the 1000 subs, neither is the community tab open to my channel since I don't upload a lot. As such this is all you'll get for now, but I'll try my best to bring the new videos ASAP.

@@NeoWish All American and Canadian effort was primarily in the Americas because somehow, despite everything ever, Russia invades America and pushes easily, sweeping through. Same thing with the South Americans, them being occupied with there own problems. And any other ally is to far away and doing it’s own thing to supply aid. Only thing close to them is The UK. And they’d be focused immensely on defending the home island. Only help they will truly get is from portugal.

For the people that are saying "Why does The US and NATO always win in these WW3 scenarios", it's because that's how I think will work out. Countries like Russia and China are strong nations, but they just don't have the capacity to win a war against The US and NATO. Also I AM NOT PROMOTING WESTERN PROPAGANDA, I just think thats how it will play out.

This is actually one of the most detailed mapping scenarios I've ever watched. However, I'm not so sure that Russia and China would be as powerful as perceived.
I recommend you to watch Binkov's Battlegrounds. They are very informative and detailed about specific countries' militaries.

I already follow his video and I really like them. And yes I know that Russia and China are nowhere near NATO in power (in particular financial resources & technology) however, If we were to do a "realistic" scenario, where we only took numbers and quality of equipment in the equation, the war would be so one-sided in the long run it would be quite boring.
But I'm also of the thinking that in war, as in all human things, there's a huge human factor.
Taking this video as an example. I considered the fact that NATO, on 1v1 would completely annihilate Russia, even If it took several years to do so, but then I trowed some others facts, for example, European nations are politically divided and most of them don't take the war seriously until it is on their doorstep, nobody likes conscription or rationing, and so despite all European nations having a large advantage in the manpower pool over Russia, they effectively fight the war with fewer troops than Russia, up until the last years of the war,
or NATO generals underestimating Russian capabilities, leading to the Russian encircling a lot of their forces in the Baltic (a defeat from which NATO never recoverers).
@@fede98k54 Ok I see. I don't know, though, whether or not China and Russia has the navy to invade the US. But yeah, your scenario is pretty accurate if you made it so that the European countries were not only divided in their response to Russia but also underestimated Russia and as a result, took surprising blows.
Pretty much all of the other videos I watched are either Russia and China manages to gain total control of Europe quickly, only to lose it again quickly, or they manage to defeat NATO quickly. Your video actually allowed the frontline to be more realistic, like a seesaw, and made advancements slower and harder.
@@ddaazahh8064 Consider that 5 years pass between the beginning of the war and invasion of the USA, Chinese and Russian naval buildup is quite large, and the USA fleet was weakened during the war in Asia and Europe. Also, they completely destroyed the USA Pacific fleet during the first days of the war. Still this wasn't enough, and when the Entente reconquer Panama and reopen the canal, the USA Atlantic Fleet can move on to fight the Chinese on sea, and begin to sink their supply convoys, resulting in their situation in North America (which was already complicated as they underestimated the USA population and its army) getting even worse.

I don't think China would've gone for that invasion of the West coast while its still busy with the rest of the war and the US is neutral... I imagine they'd probably have been convinced to wait a couple months by the Russians while they inevitably finished off the isolated and hopelessly underpowered remnant in Europe, and finished dealing with India. Once that happened I could see the whole Moscow Pact going for the US invasion using a capitulated Canada (and possibly re-aligned Mexico) as springboards.

You do realize that the United States, United Kingdom, India, and Israel have 7000 nukes if combined, right? They could end up being used as a means to retaliate.
@@rileysmith9843 That would be mutually assured destruction... hence they wouldn't do it. Russia has more nuclear weapons than any other country on the planet. Add China's arsenal (which has been growing year on year), as well as that of Pakistan and presumably that of the DPRK and the Moscow pact has the numbers... not that that really matters anyway seeing as regardless of who has more they both have enough that either using them would result in total global annihilation (which benefits neither side). Better to just surrender and make concessions than to do something that ensures the total destruction of your country, probably never to return. I highly doubt nukes would be used... the leader who launched them would have to be both suicidal and totally uncaring about the future of either their country or the human race. Both sides having nukes is a good deterrent against either using them.
There is no possibility of a Chinese invasion of the US west coast. The US Pacific Fleet is the most powerful navy deployed in history. The few deep water ports that could be used as landing zones on the west coast are the most highly defended waters on the planet. China has no naval capacity for transporting men and supplies 5000 miles. There is absolutely no real world scenario where North America, be it Canada or the US is ever successfully invaded by even an expeditionary force, much less suffer a full scale invasion.
On the east coast, the same applies. No nation on the planet has the naval capacity to support a cross ocean invasion of North America. Even under the assumption that navies from conquered/capitulated countries are folded into Russian/Chinese navies they are still insufficient in size and logistical ability.
