You do seem to know what an omelette is. A lot of people do not know. However, you should point out that there are a lot of other fillings you can put in an omelette; not just cheese. Also, depending on the filling it may be necessary to saute it first before adding it to the egg pancake.

Is a little egg runniness okay? I just cooked one and I’m scared the center didn’t get cooked enough
I’m no expert, so take what I say with a grain of salt, but people can eat raw eggs. The chances of getting salmonella are so incredibly low that I’d advise not to stress about it. Just avoid cracked eggs in cartons when buying them (those are where you’d most likely get it from). So to answer your question, I’d say that the runniness is okay! :) but if you’re still afraid about it being runny, you can toss it back in the pan and make scrambled eggs!
