Personal the commercial grade is awesome to me. I use auto scrubber with a neutral cleaner. Just not to much. I do hate hand mopping it. Pulls really hard! The cheaper stuff does hold up. Leave him alone stop it. LVT in my building is 2 years old still looks like new. But it’s commercial grade.
