I heard it gives you energy and such. I just have a question can it be drink during an after pregnancy. Thanks fo your experience
Mate has caffeine, just as coffee. Post pregnancy I would assume it's ok, but I am not a doctor so I suggest consulting with a health care professional before proceeding.
Thanks so far I learned I can drink it as long as it not more than 3 cups. I asked because I have hipertensión and I feel like a wheal, and plus I can't sleep. Thanks so much your video helped more than others I have seen.
@@mayrarz4348 Of course! That's why I make these videos. Very few others are producing anything of the sort. Hope mate helps you!
@@lifeoft448 In Argentina we drink it every day, even pregnat or post pregnat women, a doctor said to my mom that helps you to produce more milk for your baby.
How long did it take you to feel the effects of Yerba Mate from the time you started drinking it? How much do I need to consume to feel the focus benefits?
D I don’t have a direct answer for you. For me, I drink it traditionally from a gourd as you see, and I will feel effects after 1/4 of a thermos
@@lifeoft448 have you tried the guayki branda canned drinks? What do you think compared to doing it yourself?
@@coralmonty5280 I don’t drink canned Yerba - I like the experience of gourd and bombilla - plus no added sugars or artificial flavors
So you don't drink coffee at all? I want to do this but still want my coffee
I actually drink coffee nearly everyday. It's easier to deal with in the morning. I make a cappuccino daily with our espresso machine (: usually coffee in the AM and then mate in the afternoon.
@@lifeoft448 And that really works? You just made my day I may do this I am gonna do this
@@1DJSkittles it's important to know that it's not going to be like drinking coffee. It's smooth clean energy unlike coffee which gives you the jitters and makes you fly lol
It's much better than coffee
Can it be Matè and not yerba mate? I bought the mate tea but it doesn't say Yerba on it
Nope....that's yerba mate
whats the duration for the effect? is there a cheap site to buy it in bulk online? any other natural supplements i can take like this?
That was a quick response. I see what you’re saying tho it works for you in your own unique way.. im willing to try it esp if it helps my cognition. Appreciate the link. Also have you tried spirulina?
Yerba Mate a good way to slow down your day! Similar to pipe smoking, Meditation, etc. I have not tried spirulina but I intend to when I start juicing again. I also want to start experimenting with DHA from this company thats about to launch. They analyzed where fish get their fish oil and went directly to the source so its from algae and phytoplankton, most purest form. Great for brain health and all cellular function. A lot of pregnant women take it for the health of their baby.
OK I'm listening, where do you purchase this herb in it's highest qualities ?
Where are you from?
@@lifeoft448 The U.S.
@@lifeoft448 Thank you veery much. Could recommend a great flavor? So the "gourd" that's 100% required isn't it? Is the preparation complex and confusing?
@@moviedude22 I suggest joining the circle of drink Telegram group @circleofdrink you can ask many questions there about anything mate related. I personally like Cruz de Malta the best. It's got a strong flavor to it that's really good. If you're looking for something on the softer side, try Anna park. If you're looking for something minty go with kurupi menta y boldo. Preparation isn't difficult when you get the hang of it. I started by making it in a French press and now I have a large collection of gourds lol
@@lifeoft448 Google search "Yerba mate isn't likely to pose a risk for healthy adults who occasionally drink it. However, some studies indicate that people who drink large amounts of yerba mate over prolonged periods may be at increased risk of some types of cancer, such as cancer of the mouth, esophagus and lungs."

After seeing so many damn videos about this herb and how wonderful it is I am going to order it off Amazon. But if it only makes me feel good because of the caffeine..which any cheap tea can do..and I spend so much money on it.. *I am going to kick all your fucking asses!* 😁
Was the herba mate all that you thought it would be or are you going to go kick their asses?
how was it?
Can You Smoke This ? People Smoke it Why?

My name is marcello castro what a coincidence 😝
The real mate is from Uruguay.
uruguay didn't even exist when people first started drinking it
True. But now if there is
Marcelo Fabian Caceres Villar
Yo ya admiti que el mate no fue inventado en Uruguay, sino que se consumia en la region desde tiempos inmemoriales.
Wow i just bought some natura
Mejor yerba mate es la yerba mate Canarias Uruguaya

You need to hit the gym more. The sun went down, and your muscle were gone.

If you got a problem with the videos don't watch. It's that simple.
