He’s not going to win it. That would literally be a waste of his time and money. Less than 5% of defamation lawsuits actually lead to a settlement. Even less for libel. I was sketched out by the bounce dunk too since I saw what looked like an awkward cut when the ball made contact with the rim. But when your only argument is to say "it's fake lol" when you're trying to assassinate the character of somebody who's only ever left a positive impact on the community, your credit starts to dwindle, and I'm a man that believes in the phrase "Innocent until proven guilty".
And to be completely honest, after Dunkademics made a video "just to troll" after you dunked a 12 foot rim, it was crystal clear *to me* that he's trying to leech popularity off of you and grow his following from people who don't know anything about this situation. My feelings are only amplified by the fact that Dunkademics *still* refused to publicly show proof that you were faking anything on your channel that you were claiming was real.
