Last year i was in 8th grade and a group of girls who I believed were my friends. They ended up accusing me of sexual assault without any proof. It took an ungodly amount of fighting from the support of my parents and other friends. It ruined the entire 8th grade for me and i had to change schools. Defamation of character is a crime and we almost sued all of them as well as the teacher who supported the entire situation. Fortunately, i had the support of my parents, counselor, principal, and vice principal. Defamation is an incredibly painful thing to go through and i feel so insanely bad for packgod. I hope hes in a better place mentally. Edit: ive noticed that whenever i share my story with people, people either respond with sympathy or think im a liar and that it never happened. Im going to make this clear to everyone who decides to read this story. While your sympathy is appreciated, i don’t need it and its not why i shared this story. I shared this story because i want people to know that this can happen. I want people to understand that others can easily accuse you of something without looking at the facts and even if no facts are presented, people will still be against you immediately. If you want an example, look at Kwite’s story and how Orion accused him of abusing him and how everyone believed Orion with little to no evidence. I had a girl accuse me of forcing myself on her when I was in high school. She was friends with my closest female friend and made it clear she liked me. My friend told me to talk to her since she knew we both liked each other and I was always timid. The girl kept telling me she never had a first kiss in the days leading up, so a bit into our conversation I leaned in and kissed her. She kissed back and actually seemed pretty excited, but someone had walked past us and told our drama teacher. We had been doing a show and there was no PDA allowed after past shows had issues. The teacher got her side (never talking to me) and called me into the office. The way it was described made it sound like I forcefully grabbed her and made her do it. I still have the texts that say otherwise. She told me she was scared she’d never work another show and instead ruined my opportunities and future friendships. Even almost a decade later people still think I’m like that. My best friend still has friends who say things like, “you hang with that creepy guy?” People can lie so easily and get away with it.

Well to be fair. He simply asked him why he was being exposed as a pedo on Twitter. Then packgod completely ignored the question and tried to push it back towards aiden. Aiden went a little to far however packgod could’ve easily cleared the allegation if both remained civil.
He would have to demonstrate that he is not guilty of the accusations and invest a considerable amount of money in hiring a lawyer who would be willing to take on such a challenging case. It would be a difficult case to pursue, and realistically, it might not even reach court. Judges decide which cases go to trial, and this one would probably be directed towards litigation, potentially ending in a settlement to conclude the matter swiftly.

Last year i was in 8th grade and a group of girls who I believed were my friends. They ended up accusing me of sexual assault without any proof. It took an ungodly amount of fighting from the support of my parents and other friends. It ruined the entire 8th grade for me and i had to change schools. Defamation of character is a crime and we almost sued all of them as well as the teacher who supported the entire situation. Fortunately, i had the support of my parents, counselor, principal, and vice principal. Defamation is an incredibly painful thing to go through and i feel so insanely bad for packgod. I hope hes in a better place mentally.
