- www.Search704.com | Hello Everyone! Today I am sharing with you the FULL build process of a new construction home that I worked on in 2023. It's a long video but I somehow was able to squeeze NINE months of build into one hour. As a New Construction Specialist I think it is important to be a hands-on advocate for my clients by making the process as transparent and smooth as possible. Many of my clients are relocating from out of town so these videos (which are performed every 7-10 days) are invaluable in ensuring that the home being built is exactly what they want (and paid for) and items do not go unchecked that could later delay closing... which can be costly for my Buyers. I don't have the power to "stop the flow" of a build but I do empower my clients with knowledge and insight as they make one of the largest purchases of their lives.

I used the same builder and same Roanoke model up near Richmond Virginia. This was exactly our process too. This was my 3rd new build but Eastwood made it simple.

I have some footage of a basement build sprinkled throughout my channel but this is the first time I did a full "start to finish" video. Maybe I can start piecing it together for a future video.
@@AsheTheRealtor I meant in real life, not your videos! I love your videos and how attentive you are to your clients. I would love to be able to build a house with a basement in the Charlotte area. Hmmm, I actually don’t know why really. My basement in CT has our family room and the laundry room, which both are on the second floor of this house in your video. So I guess I don’t really need a basement, maybe I feel like I would be missing the extra space. When my husband and I are ready to move to CLT, we are going to get in touch with you!
