Dr Mason has unique insight and is always respectful of facts, facts which may take us away from current medical dogma.

It is a very valuable for people like me who have no medical background to learn about the brain and oxidative stress in just plain English which everyone can understand. Thank you for the video.

Dr Paul Mason. A Aussie. How cool is that! "Dr. Paul Mason is an Australian sports and exercise medicine physician who is a strong advocate for low-carbohydrate and ketogenic diets. He is known for his expertise in metabolic health, particularly in addressing issues like insulin resistance and obesity through dietary interventions." Andre

I appreciate you, Dr. Mason! I love your videos and advice. I am a personal trainer and I am glad to see your recommendations are the ones I recommend too! I also recommend practicing stretching for splits and supported backbends.

When I hear high intensity exercise, I think of a Funny Car / Dragster putting on 10k miles of wear on the engine in a 1/4 mile run. How does this form of exercise effect a 50+ year old body?

Dr Mason, ~Rehit is the protocol developed / used by the Colorado researcher, and used in theCARol Bike company algorithm. Approximately: run as if the tiger is chasing you. ... So, a better formed question might be: what do you think of: warm 20s 2m(moving rest) 20s 2m(moving rest) 20s 2m(moving rest)??

Appreciate you tacking down people at the event, and love Dr. Mason's work, but the video in a hallway with background noise and camera glittering and bouncing around is distracting.
