    Everytime you're using one of your cast iron skillets they look so beautifully seasoned.. whats your process for getting them there. Would love to see how you do it.

    Great idea. I don't think I could bring myself to make a sauce with so much butter in it, but the final combination is lovely.

      Buffalo sauce is usually equal parts butter and hot sauce like Frank's Red hot. So if you're thinking Buffalo wings or chicken like here that's the way to go unfortunately

    Not sold on grilling the lettuce and would've added bacon. That said looked delicious and would eat any day

      It really adds a nice smokey flavor grilling a touch, try with a romaine lettuce for a caesar salad :>)

    Would be interesting to see if you can make a Scottish egg but with a quails egg and boudin basically making a boudin ball with a soft boiled quail egg in the middle would be quite the challenge of bot over cooking the egg

    Thought for sure there was going to be some shaved red onion or crispy onion straws on top! Looked amazing though, my wife and i are huge wedge salad fans and she loves buffalo chix. Cant wait to make this for her!

      Good for you. I went off it because I missed my potatoes, beer, and pao de quijo. I did feel pretty good doing it, though. Plus, who doesn't like having an excuse to eat all the bacon fat?
