The players that hit these playoff buzzer-beaters can't control when they are going to have to hit one. you made it seem like MJ waited until the end of a series to decide to hit a walkoff, series ending, buzzer-beater. Jordan ended two playoff series with buzzer beaters, so has Damian Lillard. Is Dame as clutch as MJ? MJ has more overall buzzer beaters than LeBron, but LeBron has more PLAYOFF buzzer-beaters than Kobe and MJ combined. Start thinking with your head and not your heart. Maybe Luc Longley was the most clutch player in the history but he never had a ball in his his hands in these crucial moments of the game? Actually I remember him hitting very important jumper (Jordan's assist) in the last minutes of game 7 against Pacers in 1998. So maybe Longley is the best in the history in a clutch moments? He got only 1 chance in his life and he didn't miss. Obviously joking now a bit, but only to show that it isn't completely accidental than Jordan and Lillard clinched 2 play-off series each with buzzer beaters. Yes, they're are almost the same good in clutch moments, the only difference is MJ is a 6 time champion and hit a buzzer beater in the NBA Finals. Also quite few other winning game shots in the Finals. Lillard has never played in the Finals. Lebron played in sth like 10 Finals series and I don't remember his game winning shots at all, I remember Ray Allen and Kyrie Irving saving his ass in 2 of those series, he had his chances to make a shot that win or save the series. He just didn't make those shots - so, please, don't talk like that's sth accidental.

In that 4th quarter where Ray Allen "saved his ass" LeBron score 16 points to cap off a 32 point triple -double. He was clutch for the entire 4th quarter. And when Kyrie "saved his ass" there was almost a minute left on the clock. LeBron actually made 1 of 2 free throws after getting fouled by Draymond on a dunk attempt. So LeBron scored the final point in that game with a 27 point triple-double. Facts are facts. LeBron has 5 playoff buzzer-beaters and MJ and Kobe have 4 combined. Facts are what they are. Using Luc Longley as a part of your argument just shows you drowning in your own argument. I never said LeBron was more clutch than MJ, I'm simply saying that people say LeBron is not clutch which factually incorrect.

As a Vancouver grizzlies fan, don’t mention the butterfly effect. Literally any change could have kept that team in Vancouver, including perhaps a single regular season win over a dominant Lakers team. Basket shouldn’t have counted, grizzlies shouldn’t have left.
Please do every team's best player whose jersey number isn't retired. (Example: Kevin Garnett for the Wolves) Only retired players and played for the team for a respectable period of time, of course.
Edit: So no LeBron James on the Cavs because he'll obviously get his jersey retired for them if he retires.

His shot against the Grizzlies wasn’t a buzzer beater. He got fouled with 0.1 seconds left by Ike Austin. His shot attempt was continuation. Shaq missed the free throw then the buzzer went off. This doesn’t fit your criteria of buzzer beaters.

Lakers losing that game would’ve resulted in a tie with the Kings in standings. Lakers won their regular season series and would’ve had the tie breaker, so their seeding would be the same.
But that game doesn't just mean the rest of the season goes the exact same for L.A. For all we know it could've changed the whole course of the season.
