    This was so detailed thank you and unfortunately such a common injury in badminton 🤔 I have a question why do you think Momota wears strapping around his knee all the time is it just for added support?

    • @BadmintonFamly
      @BadmintonFamly  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Great to hear. Yes the knee tape is very common in badminton, it supports the knee Patella (knee shell). But i agree it is weird he uses it all the time

    Should we tape our ankles daily when we play or only when we got injury??

    • @BadmintonFamly
      @BadmintonFamly  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Usually when you have injury but in some cases everyday tape or similar protection can be used. Some players just sprain the ankle very often🧐😳🙃

    both foot or just one foot ?
    p.s. thanks for the good video !

    • @BadmintonFamly
      @BadmintonFamly  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Depends on your feet and level of protection. It is pretty extreme to always do this and not the recommended thing to do, should go for getting strong ankles so you dont need to wear this all the time. Use a tilt board or similar to strengthen the muscles.👍🏻

    When I took off the tape, I got mild skin burns a little bit. Because sweat cannot be released while playing badminton. Is the tape bad or is it normal?

    • @BadmintonFamly
      @BadmintonFamly  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes in some cases you can get skin troubles. You can try to change brand of the tape or use a very thin cover underneath before adding the tape. Dont know the name of this thin tape though🙃
