  • In this video you will see the removal of the original front stabilizer bar or sway bar. This job was done is conjunction with the replacement of all front suspension components. New parts were needed, to include new brackets, new bolts, new bushings, new sway bar end link bushings, and a total refresh of the stabilizer bar with black POR 15.
The brackets, bushings, and new bolts were purchased from Corvette Depot in Winsor Ontario, Canada. Here is the link: www.corvettede...[category_id]=715

It's not a hard job at all, but in my case I also incorporated refinishing the frame on both front left and right side , plus refurbishing the front control arms, hub assembly etc. Having the refurbished day bar , new bushing and new stab links to the control arms , just made sense . Thanks for the comment and for watching. J

    Always great information. Thank you.
Quick question why did the tree have wrought iron cage all around it? Never saw that before.

They just re did our main street late last year and early this year. They planted new trees and I guess are using the wrought iron cages to protect the trees and make the downtown look nice. Also we get a lot of snow in the winter and it may have something to do with protecting the trees from the snow when it gets built up or ploughed along the side of the road. Thanks for watching ! J
