Profondo is my favorite fragrance. Period. It's sweet, yet a little sour and mineral, a little flowerish some times, a little lemony some times... It's just a perfect everyday fresh vibrant scent.

I am keen on smelling the new EDP and the Parfum and picking up one of the two. I currentl own Acqua Di Gio EDP and Profumo so Profondo EDP or Parfum would make for a good addition. Cheers

Sadly only a handful actually have the performance. A good way to slap a title on something and charged way more than it's worth.
It's almost as if taking beloved DNAs and making them stronger and morn projecting is all anyone's ever asked for.

Armani just released a 2024 bottle of Acqua di gio parfum & its magnetic cap
I've got the 200ml (6.7oz) bottle with a 2023 batch code. It has a magnetic cap. It's the only size on the 2023 line to have a magnetic cap.
You are correct though that the new 2024 bottle is going to be magnetic caps on each of the bottles instead of just the 200ml.

Could you touch on the difference with performance between parfum concentrations and elixir. Both “Parfums” but the elixirs seem to project like crazy compared to Parfums

I have edp and had tested with parfum on my skin together.
Edp is a bit more citrusy and sour, and parfum is slight touch sweeter. But not sweet! I hate sweet. Parfum is possibly better. Pef wise don-t know yet.

Hey Dallas as soon as you said that the price was 104 on the text messages and on the emails etc every time I checked this fragrance it always said 127 or $129 and you had the $104 price tag at least three times that you put it out and it kept saying the same price on the website either 127 or 129

Just got the new EDP. Will not buy again. Smells ok. Citrus and minerals and something sweet that is irritating me. Amberwood maybe. Smells like YSL-Y in the dry down. You will smell fresh and clean but not a wow factor. Perfect for a teen.
Dude I dunno wtf Armani is doing with the ADG line the past couple years. So many reformulations and getting rid of Profumo and now it’s parfum but is it the same or different than Profumo ahhhhh.
Well i think i got scammed...i went to a perfume store and i tried this Acqua di Gio Profondo Parfum the latest version and i loved... i didnt buy because it was too expensive. I decided to buy from a website the same bottle with the same name, but something went wrong i didn't recognize the perfume scent, it was different then what expected. Now as i see your video, you mentioned the magnetic cap...the bottle that i bought from the internet doesnt have the magnetic cap...

I have the opportunity to buy Parfum De Marly Layton, 78%, the one before reformulation, quite cheaply. Is it worth it? Could it have lost quality over a few years? Even if it has not been unpacked, can it lose quality and parameters?

You mean the Profondo edp 2024? Yeah, the bottle is different, looks better and is now refillable. They slightly changed the formula, but it still smells very close, and I'd argue its a slight improvement

In the US don’t think there is one rn but it’s available in Europe already so should be soon assuming it’s not a Europe exclusive.

I got it and is way heavier than the edp and i think this profondo has a inscents to it which make it way better and last up to 10 to 12 hours on my skin

Of course he does a review of the "Parfum" and not the new EDP. Dallas I enjoy the content mostly but your affinity for the Parfum concentration can be overwhelming & tbh the oil level, complexity, and refinement isn't always as superior as you feel or claim when it comes to those in a lineup of fragrances.
A parfum iteration is a huge release worth talking about, regardless of preferences.
@@josepalacios6491 Well there's also the Profondo EDP 2024 that came out before this and was available as well yet nothing. He just has large bias towards parfum concentrations only which is all good and to each their own but why not do both or all 3 together to get differences. I in fact have all 3 and tbh the Parfum isn't really great, it has the least projection(which is fine actually), the sillage is the worst, and lastly its new addition of sweetness doesn't carry thru like the new EDP.

Its so confusing now cause i believe there is a reformulation of the regular profoundo which changes it and the bottle looks similar to the parfum with eau de parfum label on it now its a parfum hard to know which one i have what i don't.
Yeah, there is a Profondo edp 2024 and the Parfum 2024. The edp version is basically a slightly tweaked original in a new bottle. The parfum is quite different

Closer to the skin than Profondo EdP doesn’t sound great as Profondo is one of the weakest scents I’ve ever had a bottle of.
My bottle of EDP was like that when I got it first. It was downright disappointing. I gave it a few months to macerate and to my surprise, it became a beast.
My bottle of Acqua Di Gio Profondo EDP lasts 10+ hours on me with just 4 sprays

Well ...not a stupid hobby, but I do understand where you're coming from. Because after a certain amount of time, it gets dumb because there's only so many fragrances that you can wear. The more you buy, the more you'll never go through them all...and at that point it's a waste of money. I think it's about knowing when to stop, enjoy and go through what you have before buying more

The new ADG Parfum 2024 is weaker than ADG EDT, just like water zero projection! And no, not close to Profumo as many claim! So do not let the name fool you, no Pafrum is misleading take edp older version if can find it!
