- The FASTEST and EASIEST Pizza dough you will EVER make | No RISE dough #recessionmeal
is all about how fast and easy it is to make your own bases. We make SIX bases for under $2. I then grab some leftover ingredients in my fridge and freezer and make six family-sized pizzas.
I hope you enjoy this one. We have been enjoying it for many years and I have shared this recipe with so many happy friends and family and now I'm sharing it with you all.
Recipe
2.5 cups of hot water (see the tip on this in the video)
2 Tbsp of sugar (40g)
3 tsp of yeast (10g)
Make sure the water is warm to the touch before adding the yeast
once the yeast is active (around 30 seconds)
add 4 TBsp of a good oil (30g)
add 6 cups of Plain flour (800g)
1 tsp of salt
mix until just combined with either a mixer, bread dough cycle (but this may take longer), or by hand.
There is no need to knead this dough.
Put aside while you prepare your toppings. Or get your toppings ready beforehand and use the dough straight away, it works either way.
(see video for more tips)
Roll out 6 bases of roughly equal sizes
preheat the oven to its highest setting on the fan-bake before you start preparing toppings.
Add your favourite toppings
they will take 7-10 minutes but stay close and keep an eye on them as they do cook fast.
ENJOY

Hi Stacey, I'm a 62 year old Aussie. I've recently discovered your site and it's wonderful. We share a lot in common because of geographical location, hence your recipes and tips are very relevant. The honest delivery, knowledge and excellent results attest to tried and true methodology. I'm a good cook anyways, but you are educating me with every upload. Keep up this awesome work, it's vital, especially for the ever increasing people on tight budgets. Love and best wishes. Xx✌️
Thank you so much for your kind words and for your time in watching my videos. It means so much!
You're a champion. 👍
❤🙏💝
❤I just discovered you. Loving the color of you Kitchenaide mixer. I look forward to trying your pizza dough. Thanks for sharing and good luck with your channel. I have subscribed
Super dough recipe with able to freeze dough until can use it. Easy Peezy as we say in USA...... simple tomato paste and toppings. You have a great TV face and how cute family sent blue mixer, matching your eye color, so all good for screen pix.
Just think, we knew you before you were famous. Congratulations Stacey. You deserve all the accolades.
Thank you so much. I hope you will always enjoy what I do. :-)
Fake Aways has to be the best description I've ever heard, you're amazing!
Hi Stacey I know you said that you don’t like being in front of the camera……but you’re a natural IMO. You come across with an enthusiasm and warmth which reflects your love of what you do.
I look forward to seeing your star shining brightly.
You would make a fab TV presenter.
I’m an kiwi originally from Rotorua. My hubby and I have living in Melbourne for 38 years 😊
My fave pizza is a Margarita
Gosh thanks so much, your kind words mean a lot to me.
The best thing about your tutorials is I learn what we can be put in the freezer. Thank you thank you ❤🇦🇺❤️
Aww, your brother and sister in law are so thoughtful.. You deserve the love and the gift. Nice one Stacy! 👍
Hello Stacey I am 79 year old live in Uk recently discovered your channel and really enjoying watching you. Cant wait to try making these pizzas. Hello fellow UK watcher xx
Thank you so much for your message. I'm so pleased you are enjoying the channel.
Love your down to earth, no frills cooking demos. You make it feel like I am visiting a friend who is showing me how you make and prepare your recipes.
I love anchovies, lots of.
Thanks so much!
Omg a beautiful new blue mixer to boot Stacy so awesome what great brother and his wife… plus your recipes which rock You deserve it it all 🎉 your a breath of fresh air in this world bless ya sister ❤
thank you
My favourite topping at the moment is a thinly spread cottage cheese base (whiz it to get rid of the lumps) with thin sliced zucchini, lemon juice, salt and pepper, a sprinkle of olive oil, a bit more cheese (feta is good, or grated Tasty), and chilli flakes. YUM!
What a different combo, I will try it
I am 79 years old and have never really made yeast dough. Your method might be my way of making yeast dough which I love. Hello from Houston, Texas!
I have to agree with previous comments.. you have a wonderful channel... I do much enjoy it.. Ohio..USA
thank you
Im a new subscriber from Melbourne Australia 🇦🇺 and have been binge watching all your older videos. Your content is fantastic and so helpful during these difficult times with prices escalating. Also, l enjoy how calming and relaxing your voice is. Thankyou for these videos 👍
I know just what you are saying. Stacey is actually talking to us. It's so funny, I find myself answering and talking to her 😅😂😅.
awww thank you so much for your kind words. Welcome to the channel :-)
So have I … 😅
I also talk to her, especially when Stacey lost count 2 I'm saying 2 a bit louder but alas she didn't hear me 😂😂😂
@@dianapower-qo8gy you would not believe how much bottling and freezing I have done in the last week. All because of Stacey 🥰. She is Wonderwoman😊🤣😊.
Dear Stacy, You not only can cook, but you can handle an oven with it's "own needs". You are wonderful! ❤I am going to try this one. I love a quick pizza any day of the week. Thank you for sharing this recipe! 🙂
I've always felt that the oven with the spoon was just part of Stacey's charm! As much as I would love for Stacey to have an entire brand new kitchen, because I want my friend to have THE BEST of EVERYTHING, I would miss this stove!
Hahaha I LOVE that. We should totally give her or him a name! Next video for sure.
I told husband the stove gets lots of comments and his comment was, That stove has another 10 years of use in it LOL @toniaroane17
@@FarmersWifeHomesteadI LOVE the stove!!!
I love using left over roast lamb or beef I mince it in a blender with onion and garlic glove the flavour is amazing and quiet different Jean from Australia
Great idea Jean, I'm going to steal it 😁👍
OH now your talking Jean!
Hi Stacey. Enjoyed your video on pizzas. Congratulations on your well deserved success. May I point out though that salt in yeast products is not there for flavouring. Yeast growth has to be inhibited by salt or your bread will prove uncontrollably until the heat of the oven stops it. Lumpy bread comes to mind!! 🥴 Salt should be added on top of the flour as it must not have a direct action on the yeast. Your pizzas however looked wonderful. Yummmmm. Xx 😋🫶🏻💫
Hi I am happy I found your channel! I am an American! I have an idea you might want to try when you have trouble opening a jar, if you turn it upside down and smack on the bottom with your hand it will burb so you can open it with ease! Thank you for showing us how to make wonderful meals! Take care!
Thanks for your awesome tip and welcome to the channel :-)
@@FarmersWifeHomestead Your welcome I am grateful for finding your channel!
😊❤Well, we made🍕🍕🍕 them, ate🤤😋🤤 them and loved them❤😋🤤🍕. Hawaiian and pepperoni 🍕. Many thanks 🥰.
so great to hear :-)
You are hilarious! Loosing count, counting at loud… You are my twin! 😂 Love from Montreal, Canada
Thank you Stacey! I'm in far south Tasmania (not close to shops). We moved here from the city, so country life is new (and local's don't accept anyone unless their family has been here for generations) Three months ago I discovered your channel. You are so wonderful and down to earth, especially when you give options and suggestions for "if you don't have this". I really enjoy everything you present.
Thank you!
Gosh, thank you so much! I understand what that is like I've lived in a community like that before. It's so sad that happens, people should all just treat one and other the same and lift each other up with grace. That is so sad.
I did the same in the US, and live in a similar small town, even if I lived here for fifty years, I would always be "from away".
This channel is a real treasure in so many ways, it really is like visiting a dear fiend who is an amazing cook.
@@FarmersWifeHomestead Thank you. 🥰 You are so kind. Also so brave for going on YT. (I'm also an introvert/shy...so can't imagine how you do it)
Thank you again 💓
@@lapsedluddite3381 Sorry to hear that. 😪 Pretty much after 3 months of making an effort to try and make friends (in a rural district of 750 people and one club/social place to go to) I gave up. Glad I can afford to catch the bus once a week to Hobart...to experience/see other things.
Take care
Hey Stace, glad to see your channel is growing - you're so relatable to us everyday joe bloggs. Filming your cooking in your home w just a camera and tripod, unlike other videos, you have my attention from the start to the end and Im always learning something. Im an average cook but your recipes have really lifted my cooking and baking and I cant wait for the next family/church pot luck to show off my new skills. My favorite pizza (from an old Italian restaurant in Auckland) is just ham, cheese and a cracked egg spread all over the top of the pizza, yum yum yum. Big congrats again and heres to many more 😊🥳👍
Definitely trying the pizza. I love the color of your new mixer. Great gift!
Your channel is the best I have ever seen. A keen cook at 73 it would have been wonderful to have these ideas to feed my family years ago. But I am applying your ideas to make life easier for me and my husband , instead of looking in the freezer at 5pm! . Such good tips and ideas. Keep up the great work, much appreciated.
Wow, thank you!
Too late for any poll but my favorite is mushroom and olive. Edit to add, a pizza party is lots of fun. Prep the bases, and offer bowls of all sorts of toppings for guests to make their own. Loving your baking paper idea. Much better than pans and stones.
Congratulations on your growing channel Staci . Well done . Look forward to many more yummy dishes .
Over 17k subscribers! Way to go, Stace! Don’t forget us little people as you get so famous! 😉
Loved this video. This dough is way easier than others I’ve made. Can’t wait to give it a try for dinner…maybe tonight!
Take care!
Thanks so much, friend. I certainly won't forget my OG's. Let me know how it goes.
Agreeing with most everyone! You make me feel confident enough, you give awesome tips, and it is all no nonsense, fluffy stuff 😂.
Fav pizza is chicken, mushrm brocc, white sauce yum. Am going to try this recipe! Was I the only one telling you TWO! Two! Two cups so far. Congrats and best wishes for future successes too ❤ from TN/USA
hahaha total loss of my mind
You weren't the only one! also I say out loud how many of something, because if I go blank, I can just "replay what I just said" in my own head. Somehow saying it out loud helps with keeping track.
Hi Stacey, you are a star!!! I love your content and your easy no fuss way of approaching meal preparation etc. for whanau. Tonight I cooked the dough for a pizza for myself for tonight's dinner and plastic wrapped the other 5 balls to throw into a snap lock bag to go straight in my freezer for when my mokos are over. My Kitchen Aid dough hook has never seen so much action since I've been watching your videos!! I usually only make pavs with it. Tonight's toppings on my pizza was a mix of tomato based pizza sauce and caramelised onion jam that I had in my fridge, a layer of sliced green tomatoes, left over sliced chicken breast from last night's tea & grated tasty cheese. So good! I made the chocolate hot cross buns yesterday for my 5yr old mokopuna (grand daughter) and they were a raving success with moko of mine!! What I love about your content is that you give tips and tricks to make things easy for busy people who don't want to succumb to mindless grocery shopping and make mindful decisions with how and what we eat. I can't wait for you to share how you can your pineapple - the current price of pinepples is $4 - is that cheap for this time of year to can them?
Thanks so much for your message. I'm so pleased you are loving the recipes. I do have a pineapple video already but I need to make some more and I will show you how you can do it without special equipment in a new video. So keep an eye out for it :-)
Awesome@@FarmersWifeHomestead I definitely will look out for the pineapple canning method, because I started going down rabbit holes looking at the Presto Canning equipment and then......I looked on Amazon at the digital machine and whilst I salivated buying that I thought that would completely go against my frugal 2024 approach...so doing canning without the flash gears would be great. 🤩
Pizza night tonight, wow this was a hit!
Fed 6 adults for around $20 and have left overs.
My tip is serve with a bowl of rocket dressed with lemon and olive oil, makes it as good as the
Fancy pizza restaurant.
Thanks Stacey❤
You are a rising star! You are a great teacher and an amazing cook! I’ve really been enjoying your channel and Thankyou for posting!! 👋👋 Ontario 🇨🇦
Thanks so much, you are so kind
Love your new mixer, what a thoughtful gift. Thanks for the helpful tip at the start and for including the recipe in the description. Your pizzas look delish! 😍
Thanks so much. It was a huge surprise I am very lucky indeed.
Thanks for the video on pizza dough. I used to make my own when I had a bread maker. I am going to start making my own again. I love your new mixer but I was so happy seeing your old Kenwood. My Nanna had the exact same one so nostalgia memories for me. She was a great baker and taught me as a child to bake.
I added a couple of teaspoons of mixed herbs to the dough which gave it a bit of a kick. Stored 5 of the bases in the freezer for later. My costings came in well under $2. Thank you!!!
Love the tip about no trays
Thanks….soooo yummy! Also, I love that you don’t use tons of ingredients…..it gets too expensive and doesn’t add that much more in my opinion.
Hello Stacey, I am in Nottinghamshire England and I found your channel yesterday whilst looking for quick pizza dough ideas. So happy I found you…I’ve enjoyed watching your down to earth approach to home baking/cooking and I am looking forward to giving the batch baking a go. Good luck with the knee surgery. I hope it relieves the pain for you.
Congratulations Stacey, well deserved success. I’m a Kiwi girl married to an Aussie and I laughed aloud when I found your channel, if the accent hadn’t given you away, the power outlet on the stove would have and then the sound of flys buzzing took me back to my childhood. So enjoy your honest presentation and straight forward recipes. By the way my daughter’s name is Stacey 😘👍🌏
Thanks so much, Stacey isn't a hugely common name, so it's nice to find another 😊
New subbie here, watching from South Africa, land of the Springboks. I'm enjoying your down to earth content, no "putting on for show" fake stuff. Thank you. May your channel grow and prosper you for all your hard work. Can you show us some cakes and how you decorate them, if possible? And how you cook your veggies as sides, thanks. God bless.
I know what you mean about fake aways! We lived away from all “fast” food while my children were growing up, so I learned to make chicken burgers, nuggets, curries, Thai curries, all sorts of things. I’m really enjoying your channel. So well done. thank you😊😊😊
Thanks for sharing and I'm glad you are enjoying the channel.
❤i could not be more happy & proud that ppl are putting you on the tv & radio & podcasts because you are a lifesaver & inspiration to me & many others in this big world.
I love pepperoni & anchovies on pizza & not a fan of pineapple or for that matter sweet & sour.
Got the ingredients for my delicious meatloaf today as I plan on making two tomorrow to freeze/eat. Yummy.
Much love & *Virtual hugs* 💜💜💜
Thanks so much! Let me know how the meatloaf goes for you :-)
I absolutely will Stacey. Thanks for changing my live alone mindset. You are amazing!!!!
Well done on your channel so far. Such a lovely gift from your brother and sister in law . You won’t know yourself with the kitchen aide. I love mine so much. Cheers from Queensland.
Congratulations Stacey on your success. So lovely and supportive of your brother and his wife to celebrate your success with a new mixer. I make the same pizza dough, sometimes I leave it out to prove overnight and it gets a sourdough type of taste which is very nice. I often store it in the fridge, and it keeps so well. My main toppings are salami with diced capsicum, Kalamata olives and mushroom. If I have fresh oregano in the garden I pop that on too. heavenly. Thanks for taking the time to share your skills and inspire us.
My favorite flavor is whatever found in the fridge.
thanks so much and for sharing :-)
That gift is a beauty for sure.
So lucky and so thoughtful.
Hi again, love the colour of your kitchen aid makes me want to buy another 😊, what I do when making dough is run the bowl under warm water to warm to bowl then recipe as normal. Enjoy your new baby. Mine is breast cancer pink.😊
I have recently discovered and immediately subscribed to your channel. I love your style and you're such a good teacher. I know how you feel about being in front of the camera but you certainly have a gift and you look lovely to me. I think I heard you say you make
scratch
butter chicken? That's a recipe I would love because I'm sure it's much less expensive than buying the jar sauce. Congratulations on your recent success. You deserve it 🎉🎉🎉
Thank you so much! and I absolutely plan on showing plenty more Fake-away ideas.
I love how you used HOT water in the bowl, brilliant. This recipe is so much easier than the one I've been using so will give it a try, thank you for sharing xxx
I have my own favourite pizza dough recipe so didn't use this, but it inspired me to make a batch of mini pizzas to freeze so I have them easily at hand when the kids are hungry. No more mixing dough every time anyone wants a single pizza, now I just pull one out the freezer and pop it in the air fryer!
Congratulations on all your new subscribers, best wishes from wales uk
Hi Stacy, I'm from the US, I have been enjoying you channel so much. I also love ham and pineapple.
You deserve all the very best. Amazing woman and so much wonderful information to share.
Ham pineapple and Crispy Canadian bacon is my favourite pizza with a white garlic sauce yummy! Sending love from Toronto, Ontario,
Canada hope you recover soon! Enjoying your videos love that blue mixer!!🥰❤️🙏🏻🍁🇨🇦
Hi Stacey, just to say that I made your recipe up this afternoon and now have 2 pizzas and 2 balls of dough freezing, and a pizza waiting on the side ready to bake for tea. Plus a lovely loaf. My hubby even got involved preparing the veg ! Thank you so much for your instructions and guidance. ❤
I like the way you go with whatever happens. Pizza is a favorite with me! 😋
Oh I have my eyes on a kitchen aid if I didn’t have a husband I would get one tomorrow . He is a barrier to nice things 😂
Is it bad that I had a laugh at this comment hahaha The postie had a laugh at the look on my face because it was such a surprise!
Is there Any chance you could trade him in on a kitchen aid mixer ? 😅
I'd tell him to do the cooking then.
I felt that
Mine isn't. I just get what I need (when I can afford of course) and sneak it in right past him. Lol. Sneak is the operative word, at least until the item is revealed in all its glory. If he wants to eat, which he does, he'll say nothing. 🙂
It looks so yummy pizza 🍕
62 year old man , cooked all my life from a baby...😂 thats just what you used to do , before take aways...just found your site...am recommending you to all my family and friends...subscibed and now are all in...❤❤❤ thank you...
Thanks so much for sharing the channel and for watching, Im pleased you are enjoying it
@FarmersWifeHomestead Thank you . For passing on experience and knowledge in such a down to earth way, people need to learn to feed themselves beyond KFC and McDonald's ..or not...🫤....much respect from kaihere..💪😎🍺
Well, I didn't do it from a baby, but probably when I hit double digits I'd help and learn.
But a lot of those cheap and filling recipes we ate while growing up are now coming back into fashion.
So much healthier and tastier to make your own rather than those awful takeaway places. Very often way cheaper too. Cheers!
@@ausfoodgarden My dad taught me to make flap Jack's at around 4 to 5 ish, never for got it, best breakfast ever with bacon and eggs, stewed tomatoes and black pudding...I bench press ! 120 kgs for reps...it's all about fuel..🤣💪😎🍺🇳🇿
This sounds so easy. I never considered using the baking paper into a very hot oven. I am a fan of meat lovers pizza. Love plenty of cheese!! Yeasty dough.
Thanks for you show! Love Hawaiian , Chickens and 4 seasons.
How nice that your family gifted you the Kitchen Aid mixer! You ARE doing great! You've got me interested in cooking again. I enjoy watching your videos, and feel like you are a good friend. :)
looks really good love your tutorials great ideas
I’ve made pizzas before but I after watching yours I realised I’ve been making it soooo much harder than it needed to be! Yours looks delicious so I’m definitely trying these!
Thanks so much! I'm so pleased you found it helpful :-)
I have the same recipe, but add 2 tsp salt. Great for pizza, French bread or regular loaf bread, cinnamon bread, you name it. We, in California, like ham and pineapple and also pepperoni, mushroom, Ham, olive, both with what ever cheeses I have. Sun dried tomatoes are great on top of the sauce. And you are right! We live 5 blocks from a pizza place, and I can make it at home just as fast and kess expensive!! Thank you for your videos!
Thanks for sharing! :-)
Thanks for another great video and idea for tonights dinner!! Hubbies fav is an everything pizza, mine is canadian bacon then when it comes out, pop a juicy fresh tomato slice on top - YUM!!
I have an "Amish friendship Bread" starter going. It makes the BEST pizza crust I have ever had! I also use it for bread, muffins, cookies, sweet breads, waffles/pancakes. I love it!
Straight cheese and pepperoni for me please xtra sauce!! Beauty👍🇺🇲🇦🇺
I love the simplicity of your crust, nice quick and easy, my grandmother however may not be considering she is from Naples, I think it's great and would be good for a busy night meal, I will definitely try it. I'm a veggie girl myself when it comes to pizza. Great Job!
Hiya , another Aussie here.
Absolutely love your channel.
Xxxx😊
Good morning! I saw your face on my notifications, and said out loud, "So happy to see you Stacy! What are you going to teach me today?" My favorite pizza is the veggie lovers. I usually put on onions, bell peppers, mushrooms & black olives. I used to use pizza sauce, but I now use tomato paste and add my own spices. I prefer mozzarella plus any other cheese I happen to have on hand in combination. Thanks for all your videos.
Your pizza toppings sound delicious. Thanks for always being here, I really appreciate you. X
I made 7 pizzas yesterday plus 6 calazones , your recipe is fantastic , thank you for sharing , and I never put the salt in any dough I make
So loving your channel and your recipes are awesome. Thankyou for sharing true to life cooking and life and I really hope you keep it up. The world needs more people like you. Lyn from Gisborne x
Hi from Hamilton. What a beautiful new mixer, oh the fun you will have with it. My favourite pizza is a meat lovers with bbq swirl or a chicken, cranberry and brie. Thank you for reminding me how much nicer home made pizzas are 😊
Cranberry and chicken is my fav
Yes can't beat a good chicken pizza. I see you are in the Waikato, I'm in Hamilton
Hi Stacey, I made this pizza dough yesterday and was really pleased how it turned out, best I've done for ages , also eaten with the depression era salad I made last weekend, thanks for your recipes, I'm in England by the way
I’m loving your channel and get excited when you tell me the costing of each of your recipes . It’s important that we can cook well AND have it on budget ❤️ thanks again . NWVic Australia
I often just make a basic Margherita pizza with extra tomatoes. I like to grate my cheese on the fine side of the grater because it feels like it goes further haha. We also love leftover curry or chilli as a topping, no sauce needed just top with cheese 🧀 😊
hahaha I do that too when running low on cheese I swear its true.
it goes further.
Just stumbled on your channel. Miss Aussie land needed my crumpets, sausage rolls etc. Great brother and sister in-law...nice blender.
Greetings from Chicago! We like pepperoni, Italian sausage, green pepper, onion, green and black olives chopped up, paper thin tomatoes. Sometimes I like to have finely chopped hot peppers on it. We also like the crust super thin and crispy. I'm going to try your dough recipe.
I love my Supremes. Gotta have anchovy and garlic. Any leftover veg in the fridge. Even spag bol!
I needed a low budget quick and easy dinner recipe, and so I tried your pizza recipe. The dough recipe made enough for five two-person meals. I made the rest into ready-made pizza dough discs (ready for topping) and put them in the freezer. This recipe is amazing! I have used up all of the first batch, and will be making another batch tonight. Generally, when I ask my husband what he would like for dinner, I get the standard response, which is "I don't know". Well, today, he specifically requested "more of that really good pizza". I didn't have tomato paste, but I did have tomato sauce. I mixed in garlic powder, and Italian seasoning, and put it in a jar in the fridge to use a little bit at a time. This is an excellent recipe!! The frozen pizza dough is great too. I rolled them out on parchment paper and stacked them and froze them. I can pull one out of the freezer and put on the toppings while the oven is heating. By the time the oven comes to temperature, the crust is thawed and ready for baking. Thank you!!
I made a math error, and realized it when I was making my second batch. I only make half of a batch, and each half batch makes four good sized pizzas. I could have almost made five pizza crusts from that amount, but it was just a tad shy of "enough". Great recipe!
Thank you so much love watching 😊
Supreme
Just cheese but 4 different kinds. And I am a sauce lover. Swimming with my homemade sauce. Next day it's not dry. Love your show.
Hi, love your channel. My favourite home made pizza topping is a white garlic cheese base with thinly sliced potato and a sprinkle of rosemary. I’m a single grandma from Melbourne who loves to cook and cut costs by having a veggie garden.
Hi, Happy Easter! I had to let you know I made this delicious pizza dough recipe today! I was following along with your video, so I missed adding the salt too! Lol
But I HAD gathered everything I'd need before starting, since I knew you'd be going faster than me if I didn't, so I saw it sitting there and added it and let it knead a couple more min, so all was not lost (bland). 😃
It is SO easy and yummy! It is soft but a little chewy, and really easy dough. I put half in the freezer before I rolled it out, and rubbed ghee all over it.
Now I can't wait to make another one!
I made barbecue chicken, with BBQ sauce, mozzarella, sprinkled with smoked paprika, and I marinated chicken breasts with cumin, garlic powder, chili powder (the un-spicy kind we have here in the USA), celery seeds (couldn't taster them at all), crushed red pepper flakes, smoked black pepper and salt. Then I did a quick sauté so they weren't dry. It was really good! Next time I'll add sliced shallots right before it goes in the oven. I sprinkled green onion on when it saw done, but their taste was lost.
Every recipe of yours I've tried has been really tasty. I'm so glad I found you!
I'm empathetic abt your TN. As much as someone can be who's not experienced it. I have chronic migraine that is prob all the pain I can handle, so you see I CAN empathize.
Have a blessed day!
Can't wait for your next vid!
Do you ever vacuum seal food? I'm going to start that. But don't know much about it yet.

Nom, nom, nom. What a wonderful thoughtful gift - I couldn't live without mine. Our favourite summer pizza is chunks of roasted butternut, crispy bacon and feta cheese with torn up basil leaves thrown on after it is baked. Our winter recipe is cooked and crumbled spicy pork sausage filling, semi-dried cherry tomato halves and strips of roasted bell peppers with a mix of aged cheddar cheese and parmesan. The vegies are seasonal because they come from our garden and preserved in our kitchen. When you are making out your list for Santa, I highly recommend the vegetable strainer attachment for your KitchenAid - mine has been faithfully producing wonderful passatta for 18 years. The meat mincer & sausage tubes are excellent too. I'm not a fan of the pasta attachments as I find the whole process much easier to stay in control of with a manual roller & cutter. I hope Santa brings you all of them and you can have a ball playing and creating 🥰
They actually kindly sent the mincer with it. Which is awesome! Your toppings are so great because you use in-season produce, which of course I love.
I can't believe how quick that was. Im def doing that. I can't get over how quickly your channel has grown and so fast. It's a real testament to how good and down to earth you are and how you are meeting people at their need! I'm Soo pleased for you. Id love to see how you do their fakeaways especially kfc. Lots of love from Northland ❤
I love a olive oil herb and garlic base with cheese mushrooms and thin ribbons of bacon and sometimes add pineapple once cooked drizzle with mayo and bbq sauce 🤤
Great video perfect for cooking for 1 or 2 and freezable thank you Stacey
This looks like someone's Nona made it. Really rustic and appetising. I'm definitely going to make this. Love your channel. You are the salt of the earth. Unpretentious but an awesome cook. I'm making your recipes and loving them. Also love the tips about avoiding waste and portioning stuff for the freezer.
Thank you so much!
I worked in Nursing home kitchens & when we got a new bottle to open, we would upend the jar & bring it down squarely onto the bench which will break the seal. I rarely have to do it more than twice. You have to do it firmly & I have never broken a jar but it sure helps to open them.
I always go back to Supreme Deluxe for my pizza favourite as I love olives & mushroom, capsicum, on mine along with some chopped ham & pineapple. If I added onion, then I would fry it first before putting as I only like my onion cooked properly or it makes me sick. I do like pizza tomato base with the herb flavours in it & I love plenty of cheese. I also discovered that adding 333s barbeque rib sauce to the topping is delicious as well. I am gluten intolerant so occasionally buy the bases when they are on special, so I am now wondering if I was to buy plain gluten free flour & add yeast whether I would get a decent pizza base or are they as fiddly as everyone makes out.
Hawaiian is my fav 🍕
Thank you for another awesome video 🤩
Congratulations for the success of your channel 😊 well deserved🎉🎉 🎉
Great channel, enjoy your show and thanks for this demo
Another winner going into my recipe collection. Congrats on your success too🥳🥂🥳
Stacey just popped by this one after watching your future one using the pizza dough for lots of different recipe ideas. Gotta say try making yourself a bbq chicken and pineapple pizza..... girl its the bomb diggity... swap tomato paste for bbq sauce and the rest is the same..... even a drizzle of balsamic glaze over it or jsut bbq sauce again...... delicious.
Now I'm hungry for pizza. Looks yum!
Way less fussy to make dough than I thought, cool! Thanks! We were just using either pita bread or a frozen pizza we added toppings to, neither really hits the spot the same. My favourite is supreme with anchovies, but sometimes I also like pepperoni or BBQ chicken Hawaiian or pumpkin, pine nuts, spinach, red onion & feta. Yum.
Dearest Stacey, you are such an inspiration! Thanks as always for sharing your recipes and tips. This is a must-do!! ❤
🎉WOW 🎉 WHAT AN AWESOME 🎁 GIFT 💝 absolutely gorgeous, and yes you are soooo right the bowl is going to make your water cold so what I do is pour boiling hot water into the bowl and the pour out and add warm water. Then I mix my honey in and it will melt nicely and incorporate into the water nicely this will also bring the temperature down a bit. I keep my yeast in the freezer as well so it’s extra chilled and always fresh. I leave it for five mins to bloom the yeast nicely. 🥰❤️🙏🏻🇨🇦🍁
❤ just stopping by to spread a little gratitude while I make some more pizza 😂
