    Sometimes a coffee goes a long way, especially here in Italy. Don't feel obliged in any way though, best of all would be to come to Tuscany and have one here with me!

    Great properties. If someone purchases the third option, we will be neighbors, we are renovating apartment above!! It is a lovely building.

    The 3rd property was just gorgeous! Those floor tiles and ceilings! I don't think I would change much except maybe rearrange the bathroom, but it certainly was functional as is. The 2nd property was nice as well and had a great little terrace. The first one does require some imagination, but it had potential. Thanks for the tours.

    Out of curiosity, what would do you normally consider as being reasonable for negotiating without insulting the sellers?

    • @NotUselessYet
      @NotUselessYet  หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      I guess that depends a lot on how long something has been for sale, what else in on the market and so on. Ideally the estate agent should be able to suggest what is reasonable.

    Lovely properties - especially the 3rd one! If I was in a position to do so, I would definitely love to live in this beautiful town. It was great to see you in a different light - relaxed - instead of sweating your bottom off!! Thank you for sharing this fab video! 🤩🤩

    Thanks. Ralf for the wonderful tour. I know you are busy when you are there and have much to do. All three places could be great holiday homes with two needing more work than the third. I like hearing your take on them and your suggestions. Xo

    Gee, I think the 2nd property i didnt see the entrance . I only saw the ceiling mostly. Just half way up.
    Anyway I know Tuscany is higher evaluated than other areas. The 3rd. One is very nice. . Should sell with negotiation of price.
    Keep showing . I believe so many people receiving information about this beautiful country ❤ will be moving. Its just a better way of life. And not bleeding your retirement money away. Thank you for the different properties.

    • @scottno3344
      @scottno3344 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@NotUselessYet I think it used to be a pizza place it was fully gutted out when we walked the property to tell what kind of restaurant it was. Our idea was remodel live upstairs and have a shop downstairs. Its unfortunately in a lot worse condition than we thought and needs a lot of work. But the price reflected that it was listed at 80,000 euros for 350sqm.

    The swinging around from close up after close up after close up after close up, with partial views, is dizzying. Maybe just show an overall picture of the room and narrate. And stop swinging around at the ceilings especially, and it would be easier to follow.

    The second one might need a rewire, I think the Italians mostly stopped using square light switches in favour of rectangular ones in the early 70s and Italian electrics that old can be interesting. I don't think the terrazzo tiles are anywhere near original, probably from a 50s or 60s upgrade, replacing the worn and/or cracked original tiles.
    The first place really wants some kind of internal stair case, possibly in that semi-enclosed area after properly turning that into part of the house as you suggested. It's so small that nothing else seems to make any sense.

    Pontremoli is a gem, little or no tourism, lovely people and beautiful countryside around. You should have included a view of the Svizzeri shop next door to where you were having coffee. The cakes and the architecture would sell the town to anyone.

And given his interest and intelligence for language he'll work out that last word too...without the help of any rabbits.... Or other types of holes. Piacere 🫡
