    I prefer without music if I workout with friends. If not, I always have the headset on. I get distracted and unmotivated by hearing other people's daily private problems at the gym. A few days ago there was just a couple discussing their problems next to me.🤨

      Where else do you talk about it other than the gym?
      I get it I’ll eaves drop from time to time. Can be a good way to make new friends and open the conversation.

    I think both are important but i prefer no music but if iam very tired or lazy I listen music

      Same! If I need the extra helping hand. Last week I was listening to more. When I went on my ride then to the gym needed a little boost
