if you find a need to fool after cat o2s use a large spark plug anti-fouler and drill a 1/2in hole almost through it from the inside so the bulb on the o2 fits inside this takes the o2 out of direct exhaust flow making it less sensitive to set a p0420 code

I like your taste in music. Advice from a fabricator........wear gloves and long sleeves while welding. To make your welds look better, turn up your wire speed (amps) Try slowing down your drag speed too.

Anyway I was coming back to check the sound, holy $hit my temporary set up is going to be loud!

I have a 2002 E46 my cat cable melted and and blew the gear fues. I disconnected the 2 cat cable and the fues is ok not it drives. Should I remove the air pump or I can just disconnect the cable to the air pump. What is going to be the effect on the car. Temperature on the average here is 28°c . It hot some time. I need an advice
I'm gonna try this too, i got a full straight pipe but its a bit too thin and raspy... Thinking if maybe just an oem rear muffler should make it a bit thicker...
you should get welding gear. gloves are a must and i'm surprised you aren't wearing any when its your hands vs $5 at harbor freight. just lookin out for ya!

I actually don't because my O2 sensor comes before the cats. Although it would be handy to be able to fool O2 sensors.

Probably already got rid of them but I would've welded the stock resonators where the stock muffler used to be, tone up the sound a bit more.
