    Wow! It looks sooo good! 🧁I only know how to make gingerbread icing, which is with powder sugar, eggwhites and lemon juice. But this is meant to stiffen. Yours looks like cream, but more stable, perfect for muffin tops. Can I replace the tartar cream with anything? It is the first time I heard about it, and googled it. I would sure love to try this and tell you how it went! Hugs from România! 🤗

Malalaman nyo naman po kapag dapat ng tigilan ang pag mimixer kapag mabigat na yong minimix po at saka yong measurement ng mga ingredient ay sakto po talaga dapat.

      unti unti ang paglagay ko ng syrup, pagkagaling sa kalan, inadd ko dahan dahan sa egg white, gaya ng sa video niyo, still pagkuha ko, 24 hrs, nagbubbles at nagtubig siya, pero ok naman ang lasa. salamat sa pagsagot

      Opo Mam, pagkalagay nyo ng sugar lagay nyo na yong tubig tapos hwag nyo ng haluin kusang matutunaw naman yon. Habang nakasalang hwag din hahaluin hanggang sa maging syrup hindi po hahaluin. Thank you for watching!

      Ang palatandaan ko lang po kasi ay kapag pinatak ang syrup sa tubig ay soft ball na po sya kaya po kaya po always check yong syrup kapag medyo malapot na sa kutsara then try nyo na po ipatak sa tubig pagnamuo ayon soft ball na po yon
