These videos give me motivation it's amazing
The ending of I have one more year to train really resonates with me. I was nowhere near state cuts this year, but now I have another year to train and get better, faster and stronger, in and out of the pool. This video is what I needed to remind myself that it is okay to take this break to focus on getting better and healing injuries.

Cody Miller spoiler alert! He is a thrash talker. Last games ISL he did not do anything, just won a olympic medal with Michael Phelp's relay otherwise He wouldnt do anything. I admired him a lot now he is getting poor times and poor performance in competences!
