Came here from a now forgotten archeology of luck, will, coincidence and incomprehensible deep rooted feelings. This is my favorite performance of this piece. Check out Nicolas Horvath's version. It has an entirely different flavor but is also incredibly beautiful.

This beautiful piece is perfectly suit for the movie Cracks (2009) a young aristocrat named Fiamma Corona (María Valverde) Fiamma Corona a worldly one she's a woman who experienced a sophisticated person in the ways & manners of the world especially the world of society. A humble mysterious beautiful spanish exotic student (Italian in the book) the reason why she sent to dormitorio bcuz of elopement between her & to a common boy named Pablo when she arrives to the school. The Spanish girl is joining the diving team coached by Miss G and she quickly captures everyone’s attention with her beauty. Di is not very happy with the new girl stealing her spotlight the other girls feel the same & start becoming very hostile towards Fiamma. the more Miss G showed interest to Fiamma, the more the other girls bullied the young aristocrat. Things take an ugly turn and the hatred leads Di to physically throw Fiamma out of the school. The girl complies because she wants to go back to Spain. However, after numerous attempts of trying to contact her family, Fiamma realizes that she won’t be able to return home when the school finds Fiamma the girls try to amend things. As a result, they organize a dorm party. Fiamma drinks a bit too much and passes out. Miss G barges in and takes Fiamma to her room, where she sexually assaults the unconscious gir Meanwhile Di sees the whole thing but chooses to interpret it as romantic evening between Miss G and Fiamma Miss g was the desire of Di but Miss g her desire was Fiamma. "Fiamma" was flame in Italian so her feeling to Fiamma was madly disturbingly sensual flame. morning after Fiamma threatens exposed Miss G to the school Mis g following Fiamma all the hallway Fiamma talkback to Miss g "i don't care let them people know who you really are" out of spite, Miss G manipulates Di to attack Fiamma. The teacher knows that the other girls will follow Di’s lead once she goes after the young aristocrat When the girls find Fiamma, Di confronts her about what happened that night Fiamma hints that Miss G molested her she said "We need to tell this to anybody, what she did to me" but Di refuses to believe her. Fiamma slapped Di and Di said this isn't how uplay agame Meanwhile Fiamma tries to run away once more she's the fastest even she's asthmatic but shegotno place to go she's trapped but sadly shortly after the girls catch her and beat her the physical assault triggers an asthma attack Miss G appears & instructs the girls to go look for help Once she’s alone with Fiamma, the teacher takes the girl’s inhaler away from her unable to breath Fiamma was trying to help herself for reaching her inhaler it wasn't to far away from her but Miss g stop Fiamma's hand for getting her inhaler back to her Miss g was madly happy and have a moment of atonement she did that intentionally she just watched calmly Fiamma's dying & said "My beautiful girl, I suppose you really meant for this world." and she said "Go to sleep, go to sleep." Fiamma ends up dying. Meanwhile, Di comes back and she sees Miss G putting the inhaler back into Fiamma’s hands. At this point, Di realizes that Miss G killed Fiamma.Di informs the other girls about what really happened to Fiamma and they all quit the diving team as a protest to Miss G moreover the girls try to inform the school board about the truth behind Fiamma’s death, but they choose to ignore them. To cover up the incident the school decides to fire Miss G in the end Di leaves the school to travel and explore the world Meanwhile, Miss G moves into a small room in the local village The former teacher still follows the school’s rules when it comes to organizing her bedside table In hindsight Miss G might have spent most of her life inside the institution hence her agitated state when she shopping for some bread outside the school Despite of what she has done Miss G is not evil person but she is very sick Mental illness is often insidious In the beginning there were no signs pointing that Miss G had any sort of mental problems until she shopping for some bread for Fiamma return when the viewer realizes that there’s something off about this woman Miss g didn't LOVE Fiamma at all its OBSESSION she just want to BECOME her & WANT to be with her she's envy & she's covering her true colors*her crack*for controlling the rest of the girls Fiamma is the only 1 knew all of her white lies & who she really are Miss G didn't traveled to the whole world to explore Fiamma was the person that traveled around the world & risk at all like Mary Kingsley&Ozymandias *poppy recited that poem when Fiamma was arriving on school all things turn down when Fiamma arrived at school Fiamma didn’t get any justice after her death nor when she was alive the girls were basically a bunch of bullies from day one Miss G raped Fiamma while she was asleep and the school refused to be transparent about Fiamma’s death by ruling it as an accident having said that they were all responsible for Fiamma's death😭💔🥀😡😢 I love Fiamma Corona so much She's so freaking beautiful, gosh she's my crush, perfectly proportioned features, a worldly one, well mannered, well cultured, down to earth, preserved person, intelligent, charismatic, unique, and lineage of aristocratic. she's a woman who experienced in the ways and manners of the world. Fiamma Corona (María Valverde) is a face one could lost in because of her hooked prominent nose and natural beauty. definitely simp to her 🌹💖😍 she kinda look Finn Wolfhard from Stranger Things, Gal Gadot and Coleen Garcia (spanish-filipino actress) Definitely a simp to her (*sorry for my grammar, I'm Italian and Filipino. If you read the book they did a lot more worst things to Fiamma read the book Cracks by Sheila Kohler in my opinion I would prefer to watch that film than to read the book i can't accept they put a stick on ocrifoof Fiamma and they buried her secretly and outside of the dormitorio and that isolation island no one know why the young beauty intelligent aristocrat missing:(( I'm so sorry guys this is too more word to read but I really appreciated it if you read and read or watch that film :))
