A bunch of Air Tractor Fire Boss aircraft being used being used in the fire in British Columbia, Canada, they still have over 300 fires going on today.
Mediterranean should have 1000 of these

I have often wondered about dropping salt water on fires, you would think that would sterilize the ground from most vegetation
It causes big problems.
Even if some plants resist,they will not thrive.
Here in Romania ,in some places we can t use water even from the freatic in irrigations because it destroys good arable land.
Then again some tree species may exist who are not harmed by salt...

Many thanks to all the countries helping Greece & Turkey with the fires.....some people on other videos of the aircraft firefighters are being happy because a Russian firefighting aircraft crashed killing all crew, they have sick demented heart !

Since 4 Aug no CL-415 at Athens or Evia only 215s. Probably since they based at Thessaloniki they are fighting in other places. Last contact with Beriev was on 4 August Evia.

αποκοσμο με τα αεροπλανα να παλευουν.. περιεργο με την αδιαφορια στη παραλια
Ναι ήταν πολλές φορές που τα πράγματα δεν ήταν και πολύ καλά. Εμείς φεύγαμε αλλά ο κόσμος δεν είχε την αίσθηση του κινδύνου. Ορισμένοι θεωρούν πως επειδή βρίσκονται δίπλα σε θάλασσα δεν υπάρχει πρόβλημα. Στην Αγία Άννα ήταν να διανυχτερεύσουμε στις 4 Αυγούστου 2021 αλλά γνωρίζοντας τι σημαίνει ΕΥΒΟΙΑ γυρίσαμε στην Αθήνα! Την επόμενη το βράδυ από τα μέρη που κάναμε τα γυρίσματα υπάρχουν τρομακτικά βίντεο κατά την εκκένωση σε διάφορα ΜΜΕ.

Ναι, ανήκουν σε ιδιωτικές εταιρίες (εξωτερικού) μια μισθώνονται. Όπως κάθε χρόνο τα ελικόπτερα Erickson κλπ.
@@11AviationVideosΙσως μια αγορα 20 απο αυτα τα διαβολακια να εκαναν την διαφορα στην πυροσβεση. Ειναι εξαιρετικα ευελικτα, χωρις να εχω στοιχειωδεις γνωσεις αεροπλοιας. Το κοστος τους ανερχεται σε 2.5 μυρια $$ απο την επισημη ιστοσελιδα της εταιριας για ενα μεσο εξοπλισμενο μοντελο τους. Αλλα τα ραφαλ ειναι πιο χρησιμα μαλλον...

Αν δεν κάνω λάθος η παραλία είναι στο ψαροπούλι... Πού να ήξεραν αυτοί οι άνθρωποι ότι σε λίγες μέρες θα γίνονταν όλοι η περιοχή εκεί κρανίου τόπος!! Πού να ήξεραν τι τους περιμένει κ αυτούς!! Πού να ήξεραν ότι σε δύο μέρες θα έφταναν σε σημείο και οι ίδιοι να παρακαλάνε για σωτηρία!!!

Ό,τι πράσινο υπάρχει στο βίντεο ,μέχρι το βράδυ το είχε καταπιεί η φωτιά.
