i suggest u to kinda make a starting cutscean where Player was in ocean idk what reason u wanna give but due to huge strom and his boat/ship was sunk in the ocean but player was trying to survive and he was swimming but out of energy he pass out when he wake up he was near to beach and player go to the guard near to that tower and he question the player and give him quest saying go to Bart. That would make more sense in the story. idk what u have come up with its just my opinion. Good Luck with your game!!

Thanks a lot for your suggestion 🙌 I have something similar on my mind but not at the moment. I would be focusing on the cutscenes at a later stage. Also, I need to learn that part on camera sequences, cutscenes etc. in Unreal 😃
