    Muito grata, Dr. Kelvin. Eu já faço musculação. Agora eu vou fazer esses exercícios para ver se consigo melhorar a postura. A curvatura nas minhas costas é exatamente essa menos inclinada que o senhor mostrou. Eu tenho 80 anos, mas fico alerta com a postura.
