It doesn’t help this challenge that Nakai is indisputably and undeservedly one of the worst lords in the game. Because they just forgor he existed. It sucks, I think he has two of the most annoying quest battles in the game currently. Especially the defense of Itza. It’s a great idea but the AI literally runs their lords in and dies and if either of them dies you IMMEDIATELY fail the mission, and you can’t save one of them before he dies because you’re all the way across the map and as a Slann he runs in to Melee vampire depth guard and dies immediately almost every time. I’m not sure how I managed to fumble my way into winning this battle at one point, retried it recently and I ran it dozens of times and each time the slann dies immediately almost.

The only way that waterfall could turn into a creek is if the waterfall immediately falls into a cave system but lets some water splash out into the creek. It also would have to be a fairly new waterfall since the water would just cut through the ground to all go into the cave.

I do actually think Normal battle difficulty is about the same difficulty level as very hard in most cases (in manual battles). The AI is dumber but it also makes better decisions in terms of the pacing of battles. It dosen’t wait until you've slaughtered half of it's army with spells before moving up to attack you like the VH AI often does, for example. In this case, I turned it down to test it out because I kept hearing that it was actually harder and also I knew I'd be auto-resolving a lot of super easy battles with a low casualty replenishment rate. Basically, if you fight every battle manually it's the same, if not harder than very hard. If you autoresolve a lot though, it's dramatically easier.
@@additionalstupidity I've been saying that for awhile now, but people like to shit on the idea of hard and normal being harder than very hard. On top of ignoring your wizard while you destroy half their army with spells, but the AI on very hard is also prone to sending their forces in waves even when they have overwhelming numbers.

Hide of the cold ones needs to be better or a green tier item, or white
Oh, btw, don't forget the emphasis Cathay places on balloons, that's how they get to those isolated buildings and hanging sky watchposts, they get delivered by balloon and, aside from flying enemies, or enemies with projectiles, or magic, or magic projectiles, or the ability to climb...other than those, they are safe from attack.
Kroxigars are definitely one of the monstrous infantry units that were intended fight inside of your regular infantry. Alot of units work best when you charge them through your own troops instead of trying to flank.

So once I picked up WH3 my first big campaign was as Nakia, honestly loved it. Much better then in WH2 when it came to tech tree and growing your forces.Trick is to just keep your armies next to Nakai or who ever you spawn them in on, transfer units as needed and build up while fighting. And then you take over the world.
Honestly They should make Kroxigors with that are The Temple guard version of kroxigors Like imagine Kroxigors in golden armor with massive swords or hammers as opposed to the ones we have now
Aren’t they just the builder caste and general laborers? They only have some semblance of intelligence thanks to skins being nearby. They are not warriors, they are just strong
would be fun to do a kroxigor and skink thing as in lore they are best friends. I really do hope Lizardmen gets a mechanic update at one point esspetially Nakai.
In Impossible Creatures (RTS game where your units were the animals you combined) I mixed Crocs with Gorillas. They were one of the strongest units I ever used.
Ngl, the idea of trying to do the Short Campaign within 30 turns is pretty good for pressuring you to move fast instead of sitting back and waiting 20 turns to build up and recruit stuff.
I know you weren't talking shit about Nakai the Wanderer, he's coming... give him some time... you know, it's a bit hard to get places fast with all the wandering, he needs to sun himself for long periods of time, not to mention all the skinks who are there to bestow him with the golden drip
I was looking when you did that video and it should've been past the 4.0 Lizardmen "buff" (that also crippled Coatls in not being able to use their Stealth field any more and apparently the summonable Skink Priest from the Garrison Building has no spells any more) So yeah, took you a while to include Skinks in your army for the 10% Weapon damage buff on the Kroxigors :x And while I find all your troubles with pathfinding and units refusing to attack funny, that's sadly not a Kroxigor problem, but an A.I. issue in general ^^' I'm currently doing a Nakai campaign myself and just defaulted to disable guard mode for Kroxigors and just let them run down the enemy. Works decently well. Also it's baffling on HOW bad he really is ^^' I'm playing with mods for months now and can only say things like "Lustria rises" or just the "Warband upgrade" Mod are absolute godsends in making the factions more fun to play with ^^'

*distant Kroxigor scoffs*
Video Idea was good, Your Voice was good, the content was good, the Kroxigors was good, but the FURI remix song was just f'ing awesome dude.
I felt the frustration with them going through the gate on a primal level
Furi's soundtrack is so good, always love hearing it.
"We do not have a lot of gold, but we spend a lot of gold. Which is not the best combination" sounds like my life 😂😂😂
Dude...I am subscribed now. This was too much fun to watch. And your background music is my jam. So double sub.
Really love having the turn timer edited in, very nice touch
Love your shit dude! Edited long form warhammer is so great, and with your charm on top its just perfect!
Kroxigor earthbenders: *exist*
All other races: 40K universe seems chill
A Lizardman focused video? Finally, some good fucking food
Honestly They should make Kroxigors with that are The Temple guard version of kroxigors Like imagine Kroxigors in golden armor with massive swords or hammers as opposed to the ones we have now
kroxigors aren't guards.
Aren’t they just the builder caste and general laborers? They only have some semblance of intelligence thanks to skins being nearby. They are not warriors, they are just strong
This warhammer content is what I live for
Gerudo Valley/DOS2 music go hard
Don't forget RuneScape music too!
Thank all the gods for SFO and how awesome large units feel in it.
Love the OSRS music in the background lmao
would be fun to do a kroxigor and skink thing as in lore they are best friends.
I really do hope Lizardmen gets a mechanic update at one point esspetially Nakai.
I can hear the Furi soundtrack in the backround, mmm, yeah, good stuff.
You had me at Kroxigors
0:23 that’s because..uh never mind (I study reptiles lol)
In Impossible Creatures (RTS game where your units were the animals you combined) I mixed Crocs with Gorillas.
They were one of the strongest units I ever used.
Ngl, the idea of trying to do the Short Campaign within 30 turns is pretty good for pressuring you to move fast instead of sitting back and waiting 20 turns to build up and recruit stuff.
AdditionalStupidity, Subscribed because your videos always make me smile!
Love the vids, and I’ll still love em wen you blow up
I know you weren't talking shit about Nakai the Wanderer, he's coming... give him some time... you know, it's a bit hard to get places fast with all the wandering, he needs to sun himself for long periods of time, not to mention all the skinks who are there to bestow him with the golden drip
I was looking when you did that video and it should've been past the 4.0 Lizardmen "buff" (that also crippled Coatls in not being able to use their Stealth field any more and apparently the summonable Skink Priest from the Garrison Building has no spells any more) So yeah, took you a while to include Skinks in your army for the 10% Weapon damage buff on the Kroxigors :x
And while I find all your troubles with pathfinding and units refusing to attack funny, that's sadly not a Kroxigor problem, but an A.I. issue in general ^^' I'm currently doing a Nakai campaign myself and just defaulted to disable guard mode for Kroxigors and just let them run down the enemy. Works decently well.
Also it's baffling on HOW bad he really is ^^' I'm playing with mods for months now and can only say things like "Lustria rises" or just the "Warband upgrade" Mod are absolute godsends in making the factions more fun to play with ^^'
Please be nice to my lizard boys.
3 days ago? Damn, must have missed it. Fun video, as always, thanks for the entertainment.
The Furi music makes it, gotta say. Great choice!
