That SS is gonna make one sweet ride!.. I can only imagine how the owner felt to hear it run again.
He was excited
Nice work, great old car, so it's awesome to see it alive again!
Thank you. It will only keep getting closer to being back on the road
Love them old 64's I guarantee. Love those ram horn exhaust too.
It’s a cool car
Like the glass washer fluid bottle, rare to find that still in place.
Absolutely, it’s really cool. And I was going to show it off in the video but I forgot
Always good to see a relic come back to life. 👍
For sure. This is a bit of an icon. Lol
This one put up a fight!
Great video!
Great to see this icon running again!
Yes it put up quite a fight, but we got it going
Had no doubt Aaron that you wouldn’t get the old girl to run! Good job! Nice project car. 👍👍👍🇺🇸🙏
Thank you
The 327 is my favorite small block engine. It is going to be one sweet ride.
I hope so. I’m going to help him out with it as much as I can
Love the 327 wish I had one for my 86 to drop in. Had one in a 69 c10 loved that thing!! Great work keep it up!
Thank you
I really enjoyed your video. I had a 64 Chevy SS and sold it and have regretted it since. Thanks
Thank you for watching.
This is my dream car, been looking for one I can fix up because being on disability I can’t afford one restored.. I would have that car for the remainder of my life. ❤️
I have a buddy that has a 64 hardtop Impala SS for sale. It’s definitely a project thou
@@HarmonGarage the rag top is where my hearts at… it’s waaay different energy for sure. 💯 but i would definitely take advantage of any opportunity no doubt whatsoever. 💯
👍
This is one of my favorite vehicles! Great work!
Thank you. It was fun
Sure hope that car gets the love it deserves
It is going to. Will probably be a long process for him but he wants to make it nice
I learned real hard to not to leave screwdriver in carb on test drive. As soon as i opened throttle, screwdriver held throttle wide open. That was a fun ride
I bet it was
This sure brings back memories. In 75 I had the 64 impala ss with the 327 four on the floor. It had the factory tach on the column. Paid $500.00. Sure wish I had of keep it.
It would definitely be worth more today!!
great car nothing like the the sound of that 4 barrel when you stomp on it thanks
That’s for sure
Great car to restore! Roll Tide brother!
Yes sir
Was going to give you some crap, about the Pennzoil till I heard your explanation 😂. Great video!.
Yea, I don’t “buy” pennzoil. But if it’s there and it’s short term. Pour it in!! Lol
We watchin you on our big tv. I figured how to put from my phone to tv. My wifes top 5 favorite vehicles right there
Awesome
Great to see you buddy
Thank you ray
I have a 1966 Impala in my garage. I haven't started it in 4 years. I just need to buy a new b rack master for it, then I can drive it again. 600hp small block stroker, fun stuff.
Sounds like a cool car, get it going
Love them old cars
I do as well
Another great video! Keep it up Aaron!
Thank you
Flop tops aren’t my thing but a 57 flop top and a 64 impala are the only ones I would buy
The 64 are pretty desirable
I would love to see more will it run , Impala's content...
Thanks for watching
Way to go🎉 Great content keep it up man love your show.
Thank you. I appreciate it
Love the Impala, sure it will run its a Chevy!
That’s for sure!! 👍
Great '64 Chevy video. I have 2 that run and drive. It'll be awesome someday.

Good deal. Did your shirt make it?
@@HarmonGarage yes sir, came in the other day. Thanks so much man.!
Good deal
now that is a cool sled
Thank you
If it isn't lock up you can make them all run with a lot of work good work
Thank you
What an awesome car!
That it is
It's a Chevy, it will run. That is what I was always told. 😅
Yes sir. As long as there’s no parts hanging out of it that’s usually the case
That’ll be nice after it all put back together.
I believe so as well
Cool car..lets make it GO!
That will come around soon
Love the 64 body style !
Yes, it is a great design! Thanks for watching
Keep up the awesome videos bro
Thank you
Good work staying on it till it started.
Thank you
ike the old 64 Impala. I had a 61, when I lived in ElPaso.
That’s cool. I’ve never owned an impala but I like them
Maybe the lighting strike will make Waldo scoot!
You never know
I'm new to the channel I did have a 62 Chevy ss back in the 80's
Welcome. Thanks for watching
love the 64 ss impala
Yes sir.
I really 💘 this car
Thank you, there will be a new video up on it tomorrow
You can put a small cap distributor with pickup and coil.
Yes sir. I just had an hei sitting around
I had on N64 convertibles back in 64 and mine was the 327 250 horse
That’s cool
Nice job brother she's a runner
Thank you
Gotta love a SBC. Gas and spark and they will run. HEI is the only way to go.
I agree but I really wanted to get it running on the point’s distributor. Just didn’t want to spend the money on all the parts to make it go
@@HarmonGarage I have a 1963 Chevy NovaII it’s still all original with the straight 6 and 3 on the tree. Still has the original point distributor and all. They are like stepping back in time when they are original.
Yes they are
Nice get ur done
Thank you
That will be an awesome car
I really hope so
If you want to retain the value of that car don't modify it. Would be nice to see the original carb go back on but it aint my car lol very cool impala 👍
It wasn’t the original carb that was on it when I started. The original carb is long gone
Great video
Thank you
You should ALWAYS pull plugs and put a lube of some kind in the cylinders of a engine that sat for long periods
You could break rings and parts off piston by forcing it
Your right!
Wus up I love that Impala
Thank you
Triple black car, way cool. Rare seen will it start on your channel...... a car lol
Trying to mix it up a little. Lol
Love the Chanel
Thank you
Looks like that battery cable is a smokin!
It was a little loose. It was fine after I tightened it up
Little Aaron wants a 👕
Lol. We will see what happens
My Brother owned a 64 ss with big block 4 speed, He hated it, ,He did not stand the way it handled the road 1 week it went to the junk yard. Car had very little rust. SAD
To each there own I guess
Take the plugs out and put diesel ⛽️ in the cylinders and leave it for a day and turn the engine by its crank unless something is broken inside the engine
It spins over fine.
Hi I'm Robert Crawford Ave Tulsa
Hi
Nice car
Thanks dad
I new you guys would get it going a little at least
It will run now. Just needs a good fuel system
Cool video Aaron. Does the Impala have a name?
Not yet. I will come up with something
I had a 65 for short time. I love the speaker grill in the back seat! That’s an awesome ride, ss convertible 327, will be sharp when they get it done!
Yes sir. Very cool, semi rare, highly desirable
Tach is mounted in the middle of the dash.
Yes
Nice with the 327 instead of 283 is it automatic or standard shift
Auto
i like it.
Thank you
cool
Thank you
You should have filled the bowl with gas through the vent tube then it would have ran and revved
I did that in the second video.
@@HarmonGarageI'll have to go check it out. I did the same on a 62 ss a couple of years ago. I still drive it every now and then
Cool. Thanks for watching
👍
🤟
Wiring in the ignition is bad..Those Module are known to short out
Yup
Dude just drop in new plugs wires and a distributor
Thanks for watching
its a small block chevy, itll run
There’s a pretty good chance
I like them cars they remind me of cheech an chong lol
That’s one thing they could bring to mind.
Man what's the story on why they just let it sit and rot for so long?
Don’t really know the whole reason
@@HarmonGarage Understood. At least they're interested in saving it from neglect.
Yes for sure. It was the dads car, he left it sit and now it belongs to the son who is my buddy. He wants to make it nice again
Is it for sale
No but I have a buddy with a 64 hardtop SS for sale
What’s that noise in the background?
I don’t know what noise you are talking about.
a little clean up and send it
We will see what we can make happen
@@HarmonGarage dang right ya could make it happen
It may come back to the channel soon
How much
Not for sale
For sale?
No it’s not
rare bird..
Yes sir
How much you asking
It’s not for sale, I have a buddy with a 64 Impala SS hardtop for sale. It’s a full on project car
@@HarmonGarage does it run how much is he asking thanks for your response as well
It doesn’t have a motor or transmission in it. Needs floors and bodywork. He’s asking $2500
@@HarmonGarage did you receive my email
No I didn’t get any emails
That sho looked as nassy as drunk granny at casinos thiughts....
It hit quick and hard
Hahaha so did the granny (53) lol
