There are so many disabled people with so many interesting stories to tell. It would be nice to see more of them.

We who live with disability have been overlooked because of others fears. We are strong and interesting.

Fear means lack of unconditional love within.

Why didn't you put RJ mitty on there from breaking bad? If anyone's qualified to talk about being disabled in entertainment, it would be him make that make sense.

Would have liked to hear more from Sue Ann Pien. Missed opportunity regarding the perspective of seemingly the only disabled woman of colour here. The general moderation etiquette of directing questions at people who have not been speaking is actually very helpful for me as an autistic person. Sue only spoke at the beginning and the end, both times when the conversation specifically included her. Group dynamics can be difficult of course for autistic people with not knowing when to speak in a way that's not interrupting and appropriate. Unless Sue asked for space beforehand, I feel the moderator did not include her more out of fear of being pushy *because* Sue is autistic. And perhaps this is the 'fear' of doing the wrong thing discussed in the video.
