That’s why I don’t trust any of these 10 minutes videos 😂 with the power of editing you can cut so much out. Plus a lot of chefs have assistants that do some of the prep for them.

I’ve seen recipes where they say “you can do it in 5min for $1 so easy!!” and it’s all fine and dandy for the chef, but the learner may need to spend extra on ingredients or spend more time.
Yeah I totally agree. For example, in this video he used fresh pasta so I understand why it took only 3 minutes to cook, however the dry pasta that I buy usually takes 20 minutes to cook whereas it's written 8 to 9 minutes on the package.
