@@timbates4wdadventures we did the lamb shanks and the chicken Parma. They were great, but I did burn a few of the chips on the Parma cook up as they fell to side of the trivet. May have had too much bottom heat.

Also noticed you are still using the separate boxes with the colored lids as apposed to the built in drawers. Hey Timmy, back from our van trip through western NSW & Victoria. Stayed a few days in Jamieson, panned for gold in the Goulburn, drove the Mt. Terrible track...great part of the country..
I know that spot. It's a beauty. Many years ago with my late mate, we were going to land a chopper there and fish. But the altitude was a bit dicey for the little bird and we might not of had enough lift once out of transition, so we continued over and down into the Wonnangatta. Great video Tim!

Also another cool tip a mate told me, especially camping in cold icy climates or snow like we do in Victoria, is to chock up your can and don’t leave it in gear and don’t engage your handbrake as it can freeze together and hard to get going in the morning 👍

You’re video got me inspired to get out , do some exploring and cook a few jaffles ( baked beans and cheese) As per your suggestions l made a list and menu, packed all my food in containers, organised my wood gather kit ,bombed up on paper & Digital maps . Headed off to the Brisbane Ranges and Lerderderg Park . Ticked all boxes ✅ and was having a cracking time. Decided to have a jaffle for smoko..... it was then l discovered that l had left the jaffle iron at home .😢😂

We went down there from the other end off howitt road a couple weekends ago down Caledonia river track, crikey that was hairy, would be no good in the wet. Hi Tim, UK Paul here again mate. Great location and all to yourself again. Good to see the steamer and Jaffle doing their thing. Also noticed you are still using the separate boxes with the colored lids as apposed to the built in drawers. I know that spot. It's a beauty. Many years ago with my late mate, we were going to land a chopper there and fish. But the altitude was a bit dicey for the little bird and we might not of had enough lift once out of transition, so we continued over and down into the Wonnangatta. Great video Tim!

Also another cool tip a mate told me, especially camping in cold icy climates or snow like we do in Victoria, is to chock up your can and don’t leave it in gear and don’t engage your handbrake as it can freeze together and hard to get going in the morning 👍

You’re video got me inspired to get out , do some exploring and cook a few jaffles ( baked beans and cheese)
As per your suggestions l made a list and menu, packed all my food in containers, organised my wood gather kit ,bombed up on paper & Digital maps .
Headed off to the Brisbane Ranges and Lerderderg Park .
Ticked all boxes ✅ and was having a cracking time.
Decided to have a jaffle for smoko..... it was then l discovered that l had left the jaffle iron at home .😢😂

We went down there from the other end off howitt road a couple weekends ago down Caledonia river track, crikey that was hairy, would be no good in the wet. You can see the old track before they dozed in the new one (no thanks).
