I think the entire design is a win from every angle, but the rear is by far the best because it is so different it kinda forces you to stare a bit to absorb all that info, I find it super appealing, but the color is so meh, the orange or other bright colors does this design right.
I work at a Cadillac dealership in Cleveland Ohio and I've yet to see those in yet. Gotten a lot of lyriqs in and some more v series escalades along with ct4 v and ct5 v blackwings
That’s ridiculously overpriced..it’s ok looking but 350K Naaahhh..Maybe like 125k it would pop..unless I see wings deploy then I’d be out orchestrating a Hiest..
its an extremely limited run and each one is customized to the buyers preference like rolls royce. each one is unique. plus its electric. kinda justifies the price imo
Even if I had millions upon millions, I personally just can't justify a vehicle costing more than a very nice house. Yes....yes I know there are plenty that will say otherwise, but my goodness....
Not bad, although for ME the jury is still out on that rear end .... hatchbacks I do not consider a "premium". and at +340k price point I would consider the electric Rolls Spectre first....
There should be a Pontiac Electric sedan. I am really hoping for a electric BEV3 sedan by Pontiac. Or I can just make the Pontiac sedan myself If I was working at an GM factory
All the complaints about the rear are from my poor fellow Americans who have no worldly taste in cars beyond a Toyota Corolla. This is a beautiful fast back or almost shooting brake design. Well done Cadillac.
I am Cadillac fan and former owner. And i love the celestiq. But i do think they over priced it. I think they should have come in at 200k to start, fully optioned 240-250. GM needs to ease the public into accepting Cadillac as a uber luxury car maker. Most people wouldn't accept Cadillac into the Rolls and Bentley category without time to prove it
Price tag seems fair. They are going to make 500 annually for global markets and with advance tech, luxury and etc., this car should not be given away.
@@johnls39 I just don't want a situation of the cars not selling. That would be a disasterous insult to Cadillac. I want the brand to be aspirational like Bentley and Rolls, and don't want people to turn their noses up at it before they have really assessed it, just because they don't think the price is justified
@@B-H76- well you can’t, not sell, something that isn’t there. You have to go into Cadillac, build the car exactly how you want it. And then wait a couple of months for them to build it. So it not selling is not a possibility.
For a bespoke car I think it’s a fair price. You can literally customize it however you want. True maybe people won’t accept it in the rolls, gently category but building that reputation in this modern age takes time and I think it’s amazing to see Cadillac attempt this.

@@jbaru648absolutely the interior definitely lives up to that imo and looks much better tjan the Spectre on the inside, Cadillac has a massive history of being the best in that ultra luxury segment back in the day and theyre trying to return to that place in their history
It looks WAY BETTER on the road and in motion. Still on the fence about that rear tho.
If you look at the rear from the bottom up vs head on it kinda gives me retro Cadillac (late 60-70) big and bulbus vibes. Lol. It's growing on me.
i love it

They wanted the end to look way different than all the other luxury cars that look like each other.
Same here but the rear does look better her than pictures I’ve seen. Maybe the black helps
it looks amazing on the streets
😂😂😂😂😂
Certain colors make it look like it’s $300k+, this however isn’t one of them. The Blue and Red however make this car shine
Front end is beautiful but why did they have to make the back look like an alien
100% agree with you the rear end ruins the car. Reminds me of the old celebrity station wagon my great grandma drove.
Exactly what I was thinking
I absolutely love the rear end. Super unique and sleek!
Yes that back end just ruined it .
I like the rear more than the front tbh. Very unique looking rear
Everything about it is soooo amazing! The back gives an old time vibe. Nice touch ❤ the modern sleek look in the front makes this car a 10 outta 10!
$340k when new, $40k when on the street.
That's beautiful
Looks like an Undertaker's car who's buried too many bodies, he couldn't stop from spoiling himself a bit.
Love it. Looks amazing. 100% better looking on the streets and on the move
This thing looks like a hearse and a Porsche 928 had a baby . What drugs must you be on to pay $340k for this monstrosity ?
I like the car but the back of it changes my mood lol
That’s what he said ….😮
Beautiful front end, minus the upside down bathtub rear end, and the medication sounding name 😅
Gần chục tỏi có khác. Đẹp nhất trong các xe tôi từng thấy.
Front is gorgeous but the back is hideous
Dream car

They are only made to order. You’re never going to see a brand new one just sitting on a sales lot.
Worth more then all the houses he just drove by 😅
Looks awesome!
First one I've seen in black and I think every other color I've seen looks better (and i have a collection of black cars.)
It's not black. Apparently a bit tough to tell in video.
Looks like the Pontiac Aztek. Does it have an option for a tent built in?
That rear quarter and rear end is fugly ...... looks like the old Citroën.......
She described it accurately, sick in the literal sense. At least the rear 25%.
Expensive but very nice.
Like the artdeco design
Im shocked one of these are out now! Ig theyre test driving it without all the camo i wonder how the inside of that one looks

I’m sorry but their Escala Concept was a much more beautiful car than the celestiq.
It’s funny because he’s waving like he’s an engineer but in reality he’s a Roush driver getting paid $12 an hour to drive around. 😆
baby got back
Beast of a station wagon

Stunning

Just ewwwwww slightly better then the cyber truck 😂😂😂😂
I think the rear end makes it look the part of the wealthy villain
It better look way way better in the streets, because it looks like an impala station wagon from the video 🤮
The front is too much like the Lyriq. And that’s not good if this is gonna cost $340K and the Lyriq goes for $60K.
The back is such a eye soar. What a shame.
Just sad . My grand dad with his old school Fleetwood rolling over in his grave .
Why are people saying it looks good? That thing is hideous..

340k? Is this the price including 1000% tax?
Not feeling the rear and I don't say that often
It still looks dumb and definitely not worth $340K.
I love Cadillac, but i'm not a fan of the Celestiq. This is not what i had in mind for a Cadillac super-luxe flagship.
It looks like a Tesla cyber truck in Lowrider mode unfortunately ugly AF
I DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOU, BUT I WOULD NOT PAY THAT MUCH MONEY FOR THAT! IT IS AS UGLY AS THE TESLA CYBER TRUCK
Sales will be low at 349k
Didn't I hear that the first year production run is already sold out??
Once you put on the extras, it easily gets to 400 K or more
I'm a Cadillac fan and have had 4 in the past 11 years but I sure as Hell Ain't buying this Thing! Lyriq 1st!!
The back looks like it has a BBL. Why Cadillac?
