Same here just my iPhone 14 pro max is screwed sim won’t work ,wallpapers can’t be added and the whole phone just acts odd lol I need to downgrade from this video or end up using my Samsung fold 4 with EE sim .i have to say going to the Apple Store was a waste of time ,the so called genius told me that I just need to do a factory reset .i did this 3 times and each time I still have the beta 17 showing .So I hope this downgrade to 16.5 won’t affect the phone at all .

@@julicruz4301 No, I use MacBook and it works like wonder just like what Daniel explained above. I lost some data though, as I have a backup during the iOS 17, I couldn’t retrieve the back up when I was back at iOS 16.

Restore worked fine, on backup it says cannot backup to an older update
kinda stupid that you need a computer to switch back to the normal version but you don't need a computer to switch to the beta
because it isnt supposed to be like that that you switch back you always need tk think carefully if you do it or no

when i installed ios 17 the only files i can see are the latest ones and not the previous months but in my storage it has consumed 4.2 gb of 5 gb, not congruent to the present files i see. Can downgrading the ios help in showing my older files?

I still using this video now 10 months later ios 17.5 is so buggy that my phone started turning off and on randomly every few minutes . Had to downgrade to 17.4 causing me to lose sleep smh
