All 3 drinks recipes below
1st Drink (2:15 mins)
Drink for 5 days repeats after 3 months
Ingredients:
500 ml water boil till it reaches boiling point, turn off stove
Add 200 grams of raisins to boiling water,
Cover & keep all night
In the morning drink 100 ml of this water about 1/2 glass
& the rest, drink 50 ml till it's all over
Eat the raisins as well with or without seeds any raisins
2nd Drink: (3:17 mins)
Drink for 7 days on empty stomach, repeat after 4 months
Ingredients
Take a medium size bottle gourd cut into pieces
put in blender with water
add coriander & lemon juice & pink salt
Blend & consume
3rd tea (4:08 mins)
Drink all of it 30 mins after meal for 10 days, repeat after 2 months
Ingredients
150 grams of spinach cut into pieces
1 beetroot cut into pieces
1/2 tsp turmeric
Add some water, blend
To the juice add black pepper to taste. Stay Happy, Stay Healthy, Doctors Orders:)
