4Runner MOLLE Panels and shelf installation

Is there a way to use the molle panel and still use the retractable cargo cover? One of the mounting holes uses the hole where the oem cargo cover rests on

Will this work with the 3rd row seats in the 4runner?

Unfortunately it those panels works only with 5 seat 4Runner
