With the shelf mounted in the two top positions can you still see back with your review mirror????
I have a car seat in the middle and a tire carrier blocking the rear window. But I think you should still be able to see. Now if you have items on the shelf that might be a different story. 😊
I’m leaning towards purchasing this but will for sure swap some of the hardware; that chrome looks bad against the black.
It’s really not that bad. But if you don’t like chrome I suppose you can get new ones.
Hi . I have a question . The one you install do not look the same if i will order one . take a look at the pictures ....side panel have a square hole in the middle . the one you install do not have it ....can you tell me ? thx also yours the side panels have a 4r logo . the one for sale do not not...
Looks like you could mout the brackets then slide the shelf in.
I’ll need to revisit it again to see if there was an easier way. 👍🏼
Definately a useful shelf. Just recently used it to store bags of chips from my
last grocery run. 🙂
You kno wats KRAZY I didn’t use the L bracket at all you confused me so much I didn’t use it 😂😂😂
Now we need some wider father back shots from outside the vehicle and a test of how well it holds up driving. Does it squeak and rattle ? Can you see out the rear window ? I have lots of questions lol. I really am interested in the cost I may have missed it. Also the camera was zoomed in so far it was a little bit much at time but at some times it helped

With the shelf on top there is a small window to be able to see the back. But it does impede a little. Price is $215 for side panels ($399 including middle self) for entire setup. Links are in the description

Hi Mark, thanks for this video. Could you attach the shelf to different levels of the side panels to customise further? Presumably not recommended but looks like you could with some different bolts? Trying to work out if it would fit my fridge... Thanks!
You can adjust the shelf to three different levels.
Mark, was this the highest level the shelf could be placed?
Second row from the top is the highest you mount the shelf. It's pretty high. Any higher, you'll have trouble placing items on the shelf.
Can that shelf be mounted higher?
Where I placed it in the video is the highest level which has the rivnuts. I’m sure if you use a nut and bolt you can probably place it one place higher.
