Nice one. Paying more doesn't always guarantee better quality but CW have earned their rise to prominence. I own several and haven't been disappointed. Got be said that their prices have climbed recently but I suppose that's a sign of the inflationary times. They usually have sales mid and end year. Less choice but some very good deals.

I'm not a big fan of them but I really do like this, and like it alot!! I'm looking for a nice watch for my birthday /Christmas. It's ruined by one thing - that fake aged lume. I can't get past it. I'm going to look at their other ones though as I'm pleasantly suprised by this. Thank you for your review.
I know what you mean but CW are making all the right noises and they are an ever improving brand, one to definitely pay attention to and I’m certainly going to add one to my collection in the future 👍👍
It's nice Simon but, damn that price is prohibitive for what it is... But then, Seiko are charging as much for their Alpinists.. Their saving grace is their features and specs. This is just too plain with a fairly standard movement for the price for me... But yea man, it's really nice

I own its sister model, the Sandhurst army watch, different in style but technically the same watch. It's brilliant, one of my favourites. Just the clasp is a little too long.

I don't see why people would want to pay nearly £200 more for this watch at £1100, when their other watches are £915. There's nothing that stands out to make this watch costing more than the rest of their line-up. You can even argue the watches costing £915 have better specs, as they have a rotating ceramic bezel and applied indices. The C63 Sealander GMT on bracelet is £1060 too. Also, I feel CW have been behind the trend, as they've kept this bracelet that has male endlinks and the market trend has been for female endlinks. It was more than a year ago, when I commented on a different TH-cam channel about the endlinks. They should really update their bracelet design to female endlinks.
I definitely take your point mate but I think their price increase is in line with everyone else, given the current ‘cost of living’ crisis we’ve got going on. Otherwise, I certainly hear you though my man 👍👍

Looks a lovely watch. I'd do away with the divers extension and just have OTF micro adjust to reduce that clasp size.
