Very nice tho not my cuppa tea.I'm obsessed with getting an ST19 movement watch with swan neck regulator in 40 mm atm .I'm prob going to go for the one that homages the Breitling Top Time Deus .I don't usually go for homages but as no one [including me ]has ever seen the original and its discontinued now so this is the only one available anyway lol .

Hi,i bought a 2nd hand one of Ebay in blue, had a grand seiko rubber strap on it,that went straight in the bin😂 got a nice seiko rubber strap on it now,cracking watch,thinking of getting the red one now on the bracelet, u have the option now of a none loomed bezel too which i prefer!

No idea why they put a bracelet on a beautiful watch like that. Dress watches should be in a strap. Both my Seagulls are great watches with shocking straps out of the box. That seems to be Seagull's thing.

Nice dial. I've no problem with Seagull, their movements are solid as is build quality. I'll put this one on watch. It could be a great buy in an Ali sale.

Good review of a nice looking watch with a good movement. The strap you fitted looks superb, let's hope Sea-Gull watch this review. Personally, I have four issues with this watch, 1. It looks very large on wrist (I know it fits you, but as it is all dial it looks big) 2. The hands are too short, 3. The date window is too close to the middle of the dial and 4. The movement looks tiny compared to the size of the watch. All these could be fixed by dropping the watch diameter to 38mm or even 37mm, if they do that, I will buy one.

Wearing one of my sea-gulls while watching this review. Im almost to the point i wish they would just sell the heads and keep the straps and bracelets if they are going to be very poorly made. I have plenty of my own straps to swap in; i expect the straps to be poor quality from the get go. The watch heads in general are awesome. Sea-gull makes 1 out of 4 movements on this planet; they are def doing something right for sure. I agree on the size; i wish they were a mil or 2 smaller in general. Highly recommend sea-gull. Also wish they would offer more no date models. This one you are reviewing would be a real cracker with no date. Keep up the great reviews!

Yeah Bro .. the time is approaching when Chinese watches will be accepted for their quality and no longer talked down for being 'Chinese'. - SEAGULL make great watches .. but that strap looks like they tried copying SEIKO who often cheapen decent watches with stamped lightweight bracelet & catch - functional but flimsy. Never mind eh.

The VH31 is a Quartz. A Mecaquartz is a mechanical chronograph with quartz time watch. I gifted this watch to someone and they are happy with it. Thanks for the review.

Don't nock push pins,there easy for adjustment with the correct tool and never come loose. Screws or pin and collar,way too complicated and are problematic.

Gorgeous and beautifully executed. However, I would have taken a more inexpensive movement in trade for screw pins, on the fly clasp and a lower price. But that is just my opinion.

i have one of these- entirely down to this vid....thank you! Its a striking watch and at c £50 delivered in a sale. quite the bargain. The only thing is. you're not kidding on the domed crystal causing a fair bit of distortion at times. Also with a 7'' wrist it does wear quite small. Still, I like it for the price- it has character.

Always appreciate your channel and vast watch - time pieces reviews however I do not get any watches in need to replace batteries weather every two or three years even if they were in existence to power a watch for five years.. Thank you my friend for your valuable excellent channel.

Their new bracelet is so much better now. Completely changes the look from a cheap mall watch to an actual contender. That said, I really don't know why they insist on using polished links on the bracelet. They get scratched after the first wear.

Pricey! I bought Jody’s Erebus Ascent with malachite dial for $795AUD or $500USD. It’s a beautiful watch for the money. Having said that I am waiting on the Venezianico Arsenale Ultrablack.😎🤩

Very nice looking watch, and really like that Malachite dial. If you are a big fan of Venezianico, then the price won't bother you. For me, I would rather have the Wise ADX true GMT, and save a few bills.

How’s the finish holding up? I’ve heard the Titanium finish is hit or miss. Mostly miss.

For context: This watch is specifically an homage to the Seiko 5s worn by MACV Special operations Group members in the vietnam war. Swiss made watches were an easy way to identify an American so the agents wore domestic market seikos.

I have an ADDIESDIVE GMT watch with the same TUDOR style and cost me only 62 USD.

I don’t think the 120 is supposed to align with the 6 o’clock position. The tachometer scale is mathematically logarithmic, not linear, so has nothing to do with the linear hour positions.

VH31 is THE BEST choice for budget watches.

Just bought one exactly the same ! Got it on Amazon for £137 .... I’m an Omega , Citizen and Seiko collector. When I saw this I had to have one 👍
