    The way you explain the concept is OUTSTANDING👏.
    I did took lectures from many renowned Professors both in my college as well as on You tube but none succeeded to explain it to this depth as you did.
    HATS OFF TO YOUR WORK.

    Sir I have a doubt....
    You said jb rotating molecule ki frequency EMR ki frequency se match kr jaegi.... Molecule higher energy state m chla jaega.
    But here EMR ke molecule pr padne se phle vo kese aur kyu rotate krega? Mere college ke professor ne btaya tha ki jb EMR molecule pr padta hai tb vo rotate krta hai. But here...if molecule is rotating before the collision of EMR to it...what is causing that rotation?

    Mr , dipole moment is a vector quantity and is equal to cross product of charge and distance between charges which is further equal to rqSinα because on rotation the molecules their α continuesly changing that's why it's dipole moment is changing.....

    I think direction of dipole moment is from negative to positive. It is opposite to the direction of electric field. Electric field direction is from positive to negative.

    • @Chemistryuntold
      @Chemistryuntold  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      In physics dipole moment is from negative to positive charge.
      In Chemistry, the direction of dipole moment is from lower electronegative atom(partial positive charge) to higher electronegative atom(partial negative charge).
