Great video, you were in your element. Simple, informative. Well done. Great product. Probably the best video I’ve seen you make. Say Hi to Britony for me, I’m Jonathan’s cousin, hope things are well!
I was rewatching the video you made (after seeing Dirty Civilian do it) on painting rifles and with the Magpul Bipod, if you have yet to notice, there is a knob on the center bottom of it (between the legs) and that is how to loosen/tighten depended on your preference.
I got a few of these for all of my pouches for my belt. Some pouches aren't compatible (spiritus JSTA, Crye smart pouch etc) and the only reason it didn't work with them was the ride height would have been completely off. Other then that, they have been amazing on my esstac and Haley smoke pouches. Also the blue force gear ifak now micro works with them. I did have to flip it upside down but thats not a problem.

Pretty much. Malice clips work just fine, are more durable than velcro and cost less than half the price of this product. It's almost like they created a problem to sell you a solution to a problem that didn't exist in the first place. But then that's the entire gun industry in a nutshell anyway.
Molded Hook - a 100% nylon, ultra-light and ultra-thin low pile plastic hook that offers excellent shear strength. Works best with low profile loop. Our Molded Hook tape can be sewn or ultrasonically welded. Also available as a pressure sensitive peel and stick tape.
AXL has a great option for putting pouches on your belt/cummerbund with your pouches Mollie onto a velcro flap that goes around the belt/ cummerbund and you can switch everything out so easily.. check it out
Thank you! I saw him wiggle the pouch and thought something was up. My one wrap doesn't move at all and it's why I switched to one wrap to begin with lol.
Until you snag your pouch on a doorframe or while dismounting from a vehicle or horse and that onewrap snaps like an old rubber band. That's why I wrote off using onewrap a couple years ago; it's just not very strong material and I've lost an empty mag pouch and a multitool pouch with the tool still inside. Hopefully this is a little bit higher tensile strength material.
@@tfwwhennofitlitgf3300 not a good option for every application, although certainly better than onewrap. Certainly seems like a potential improvement over onewrap. I think comparing it to anything PALS related is a misnomer if not misleading. Hopefully the price makes it make sense.
My only question on this is related to longevity. I throw on a duty belt and bullet proof vest every day, sometimes for up to 16 hours a day and have to handle all types of weather. I invested in a duty belt 6 years ago and it has lasted me this long. I still have a lot of the same MOLLE pouches that I started with. I most be more old school than i thought. Why would i want an "emergency" magazine angled backwards? Most likely my hands will be in front of me so I've got to bring my hand back, then change directions, grab the mag, pull rearward, then change directions again to bring it forward to the gun. Before this i just had to drop my hand then pull upward towards the gun. So much for economy of motion huh Travis?
This does look cool. I don't switch out my pouches often enough to want to move away from traditional molle straps. That canted one looks badass, but it wouldn't work on my belt
I started with Zip ties on Alice gear, and one lopping my belt through Molle pouches. I guess I’m just not fast enough to ever notice the movement of my mag pouches.

I can see some utility in the angled one, it's $5, so not god-awful. The straight ones are just straight up not worth it. A big-ass roll of 1" onewrap is cheaper, does the same thing, allows for more utility in how it's used, and doesn't have excess movement, though it's annoying to get it through laser-cut pals. If you've had issues with onewrap failing, well, here's your solution. For the rest of us, perfection is the enemy of good enough.
