As a law abiding private citizen, I love this stuff. As a former Jarhead from back in the bad old days, I just love that this kind of kit is available to our warfighters in 2021. It's such an incredible force multiplier. Good on you guys, HS. Keep up the great work.
Mark my words, this is a move toward market domination for HSP, putting them up there with Crye in terms of in-house innovation and product line diversity. In two years we're all going to be in HSP thoraxes. The biggest challenge right now will be keeping up with production and having the right marketing and customer service team to deal with the correspondence that's going to flood in with clients.
Everyone in my unit is ready to ditch their lv119’s and jpc’s for the thorax. Unfortunately, I believe it will take a long time to get ahold of these. Not any fault of HSP, but the fact that they have made a true professional end user plate carrier is amazing and will fly off the shelf. The izlid pouch has me the most pumped though! Finally have a dedicated pouch for that bastard.
Market dominance is a far reach. I see nothing innovative or greater than what's already on the market. HSP has not been able to handle their supply well even before the plandemic. Is it cool? Sure. Is it the next best PC? Maybe. Will all the fan boys jump on it? You bet you're sweet ass.
I like this Trevor guy. He does a more than excellent job confidently explaining all of the stuff I need to know about the Thorax. I was already interested in buying one, but thanks to what he explained here, now I want a Thorax even more!
Great gear and content guys, your entire system has fixed a lot of discrepancies with compatibility issues that I have ran into in the past and currently working through. Thank you for your dedication.
The placard system is looking fantastic, I appreciate the cross compatibility with older HSP gear like the chest rigs I have. That SCAR-H rig tho! Looking forward to getting a Thorax! M81 maybe?
Bruh, time to move my Spiritus rig! I keep trying to branch out, but always end up back with HSP. The amount of time Travis puts into R&D shows he's not just putting out the new hotness, he wants his stuff to be proven, and exactly what the end user needs!
placard is what i'm interested in. Always liked the look of the Micro chest rig placard, but didn't want to purchase the whole rig with straps.....and didn't really want the bulge of the pack in front despite me wanting something functional to carry "something". This new placard is perfect and sounds like it fits all subguns/AK/AR mags.
Amazing product! The content and the production value are top notch, likely among the very Best...... ... speaking of "Travis Haley".... !!!Ohhhhhhh!!! No seriously, If I were hand-picking my own teammates for a.... let's call it a "special event", I'll take Travis Haley, aaaand oh yeah, Discipline's daddy (aka)-Jocko Willink, The Warrior Poet himself... Ladies and gentlemen I am now hearing that as a special surprise bonus, the US ARMY's 1st SFOD-DELTA was ordered by Chuck Norris, to lend us "Chuck Norris" to assist the team by providing sentry removal and if necessary, cover fire from (above).. all while he's standing on the ground...being invisible.....
@@HaleyStrategicPartners thank you for getting back to me. I'm beyond thrilled about this product and the effort this team has put into it! My only concern now is being able to grab one before they sell out. Keep up the great work and I appreciate everything your team does!
All depends what you're looking for. Lots of great options on the market and this is ours backed by our principles. Customer Service and support of the community.
The Scarab is also slightly “outdated” and not made for load bearing setups. This addresses most problems that older rigs have in a modern package combined with the ability to run slick or more load bearing options.
Any plans to make a Single Rifle Magazine Pouch/ General Purpose from the Triple Mag Placard shown before? That would make a sweet speed reload pouch or miscellaneous pouch. Please and Thank You for Updates
You probably should have mentioned the side armor caps are only available in coyote and multicam. Anything else is a no-go. And the standard cummerbund doesn't have molle on the inside to mount another brand of side-plate pouch (a little disappointing).
Is the gusset in the cumberbund the length of the whole cumberbund, or just that specific portion for the side plate? Curious if you can adjust how close or far away the side plate is to the front plate.
Do you guys have any kind of make a wish foundation type thing for poor’s? I spent all my spare coin on ammo and training lol no seriously that’s my next buy, I’m going to save up for a quality carrier and some lightweight level 3+\level 4 plates but damn the stuff is expensive. Looks like quality items though and cool shit ain’t cheap and cheap shit ain’t cool right?
Maybe you should look at the pouches again. Ours is designed like our mag pouches. Longships uses different elastic and goes with a narrower profile, uses shock cord. Ours uses the same template we used for our magazines.
I think the design goes further back. I saw people with a near identical pouches back when 10 speeds were all the rage and people were making their own variations with elastic. That said, when it comes to LBE, everyone is copying off each other and building off each other. It's like AR companies. I think there is enough in this system for it to hold its own.

Already moved my lv119 so I have the cash available for when this drops. Glad to see like minds are out there. Haha
that piggyback system for the flatpack looks like it would be game changing for me as an AG
Bingo
Really like those elastics on the mag pouches. Seems like one of those simple smart things that someone should have done 10 years ago 🤣
I like and appreciate all the attention to detail. Well done 👍🏻
Great system! Love the shout out to, "JTACs"!
SHOUTOUT TO THE BOYS!

That is some top of the line, extremely sick gear for whatever your trying to accomplish!!! #HSistheBest
Ngl, watching these videos is already convincing me to pick up a thorax myself, or continue to build off of my AVS with all of these components
If we just had a #haleystrategic plate carrier, well we would be off to a great start! #stayprepared

Correct, it fits most every standard rifle mags from 5.56 to 7.62!

What is the size of the M-SAPI side plates? It looks like the pocket can only accept 5x5 inch plates but I could be mistaken.
Garmin Instinct, nice.
I put a micro rig placard on my thorax. Works great and just a couple other options
Man thats awesome.
so , the chicken strap design, looks like it would make a Great "Belt" ...
We're working on one
Will you guys ever restock the izlid pouch or has it been discontinued? Would love to see a video on the pouch if you guys are still making them.

What size side plates will the Chicken Strap Plate Pockets fit?
Alright fine I want one
I assume you need the hitch hike kit with the piggy back for the backpack on the thorax? And will the hitch hike kit work with the chicken straps?
When you mentioned the triple mag placard will be avaliable with the purchase of a Thorax is that coming with them at launch?
It will be available for purchase if you buy a Thorax, for the time being. Standby for global release!

Great stuff! Can you use side entry with the chicken straps? Also is it possible to add mags outside or inside of chicken straps? Thx in advance.
I’m also looking to get an answer for this
was really looking forward to this PC but the plate bags dont come in small and neither does the chicken strap :(
Love those magazine badeplates. Where I can buy them?
CTT Solutions
Did he just get to his flat pack w/o taking off his carrier? Had to double take that one.
You bet!
I know, it's blasphemy
Any plans for a small sapi?
spc or jpc killer?
Ok…I’m a US Army vet, an Iraq contractor for 5 years…I missed something re: the rolled flag…never saw it before.
Its commonplace within Special Operations
Can you guys add a kangaroo pouch? Best place to put a map and extra mags
Seems nice, but pricing will determine if this will beat the price of a Velocity Systems Scarab which offers close to the same perks.

how much is this going to retail for?
Starts at 369. That's the plate bag and a cummerbund option
Is the gusset in the cumberbund the length of the whole cumberbund, or just that specific portion for the side plate? Curious if you can adjust how close or far away the side plate is to the front plate.
Whole length
! The side entry panels don’t work with the D3crx !
@Haley Strategic Partners does the placard fit 7.62 ak mags?
Yup
Are the legacy placards compatible with the chicken straps with the side straps?
We may come up with something specifically for that
Is the chicken strap proprietary to the thorax rig is would it be workable into other rigs such as a jpc?
It'll work with other rigs but not the JPC...yet
Does the the 369$ base model come with a cummerbund or is that a upgrade?
Yes comes with a cummerbund of your choosing
@@HaleyStrategicPartners going out on a limb here but does the placard also come with it?

I imagine your placard will take mk17 mags if it’s taking the 308 p mags?
Indeed
@@HaleyStrategicPartners oooof. There goes my money👌🏻
Can use soft armor and plate together?
I own a Med and I would say no. My Med ESAPI plates are a tight fit in it. Maybe if you go a size up but idk.
If I get the thorax can I put double side plates on each side
You can put side plates on each side
@@HaleyStrategicPartners thank you. Finally, Is this considered “jumpable”.
Can you put a hammer in the mag pouch
Can some one tell me why you would want a flag on your plate carrier like that. (not the patch)
can it hold 7.62 ak mags?
Absolutely
