    Wow Stu! You surprised me, I was not expecting to see what I saw and oh my :)) I was watching your video as per usual and then skipped a little and you started dancing and that song lol perfect! I thought oh wow it's past midnight and I am hallucinating here :) I must try the whole routine in the morning! I can do the arm balances you showed ok, but them moves... I don't know, but I am up for a challenge! Well done! ;)

    This is just what I was looking for to get the main points of arm balances in a fun flow... great video, as always... entertaining, educational. Love it!!
    I think it’s super important to find the fun in your practice... and this was a ton of fun... I lol’d seeing you smack your bum with that serious face 😂😂

    I'll try this again in summer when I can have bare arms and legs. And maybe grow longer arms - will help! I can do all the individual poses but in a sequence it's a whole new level. Any tips on threading my leg after Astavakrasana into Ekapada Kundinyasana II when I have short arms and narrower shoulders, so very little room to get that leg through?

    Great vid on arm balance preparation! 10.19 ~> that's me!! Maybe a vid later on how to work on externally rotate the hips (esp I have fragile knees too...) Fab channel btw...
