They are used in Oz due to the rugged country they have to cross and no towns or places to rest at night. Another million reasons why they dont go to all countries is due to demand and supply

MY son is one of those smart arse humans who think he knows more then me. So I gave up arguing with hme and left him to flounder in deep mud. We left him to sort his own mess out, and finally when he was so disrtessed we put our rescue plan into action and with three vehicles we winched him out Dad 1 son 0 Now ihe asks before going headlong into the unknown . Lesson learned.
