finally fixed the problem the sensor on the wheel was around 2 to 3mm away from the sensor ring i removed the sensor filed it down a little and put wire brush on end of drill and cleaned back of drum were sensor bolts to and then the sensor was closer to the ring and hey presto solved the problem i thought id post this back to you because this had given me a proper headache and might help someone else with same issue thanks for your vids helped me alot
only just seen vid i have the same problem with 13 plate changed bearing and sensor with original parts only light comes on around 65 live data says the offending wheel is 7mph behind other 3 wheels have you any ideas
Are the brake shoes, seized on the adjusters, or the brake shoes over adjusted so the spring catches the bottom of the Hub this can cause all sorts of problems, I have another video on the subject, thanks for the great comments 👍🏻🛠
thanks for the reply i watched the other vid and checked for that yesterday i only just got car with the abs light on permanently found the sensor wire on this same wheel had chaffed away on rear axel so probarbly been shorting out for a long time the spring is far from ring and not siezed i am thinking that the chaffed wire left shorting out as caused a problem with the abs brain or would that leave the light on all the time i was just wondering if you found any other problems any other advice would be much apreciated thanks

My drum is going back on 100% still a little gap where the drum meets the back casing. I’ve tried cleaning it up what do you think it can be?
There should be a small gap or it will rub and make a noise, Thanks for the great comments👍🏻👍🏻🛠
