Get the OG risers!!! I have the 6.5 on my softail standard and didn’t have to do anything with my wires! The channel cut out of them hides them so well.
It’s not even so much about being asymmetrical for me as it is losing storage. Everyone is gonna put a 2-1 on their ST. Should’ve just done it from the factory

The Harley shops here told me there was nothing wrong but something seems out of alignment. Thinking it might be engine mounts, top of the motor isn’t centered or something like that.

Been wanting to get on a bike for a bit and been doing some research, I thought that a sport bike would be more better to start cause they’re light weight but I’m just not interested in the sport bikes and I’ve been told that a Honda shadow would be the greatest mid weight starter bike. I was in same boat and ended up going with Suzuki boulevard 50. Light enough quick enough to not get bored immediately. I have had a 25 year lay off of bikes, used to ride cbr. It’s different for sure but still enjoyable

@@mundane4082 I understand that, but the 117 isn’t any different than the 114, so maybe the 117 can handle stage 4 better than the 114 can? The 107 and 114 are the same motor with slight differences, but the 107 can’t max out as high as the 114. I’m wondering if 131 is the max for 117 or more.
@@CenobiteBeldar. If I’m not mistaken the 107 stage 4 kit is only converted to 128 and the 114/117 both converts into the 131. Which right now is the highest they offer. Whether the 114 or 117 can handle it better or not? I don’t think that would be relevant because it’s the same motor, and even let’s say the 117 has upgraded parts that the 114 doesn’t, your gonna end up upgrading for the health of the motor. Spending more money on the 114 in the long run than if you would of just got the 117 from the beginning.

I’d go 9.5 inch pull back bars on that bike and still do the extensions. Keep stock bars, because they are hella nice.

Hey Blockhead, My bike if I let go of the bars while at speed will pull to the left and while stoped the balance seems alittle off. Any suggestions? The Harley shops here told me there was nothing wrong but something seems out of alignment. Thinking it might be engine mounts, top of the motor isn’t centered or something like that.
That’s usually wheel misalignment. If the spacers aren’t the right size or they got put back on the wrong sides, it’ll pull to one side like that.
