The Etude Soon Jung cream saved my skin!!!!!!! My skin was so overreactive because of a new serum and so dry because of the dry desert winter weather!!!
how long does it last you since it’s only 60 ml
@@lizbethtax5671 Same here, it's pretty expensive for me since I live in South Asia, but the amount seems way too little for the price for me.
@@lizbethtax5671 mine definitely lasts me more than 6 months? And I used it arnd once or twice a day. Granted, I only apply a thin layer cos this cream is on the thicker and oilier side, and I live in a humid tropical country so I tend to use this mainly in the evening. Also I’m a cheapo lol so once I can no longer push any product out through the opening, I cut the tube in half, turn it into a mini tube and scoop it out (with clean fingers!). I’ve gone through multiple tubes and I will never be without it, it literally saved my skin when I had psoriasis👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
@@lizbethtax5671 I second what lizbethtax said! I use a pea sized drop every night ( I have a lighter moisturizer in the morning but might switch to the Etude one after it's empty) and it has lasted me 4 months so far and it's still not empty lol!
@@shinysilversparkles thank you for replying back! SAMEEE I only splurge on skincare like 2x a year so that’s why I was asking if it lasted a long time. I use etudes emulsion and I LOVEEEE using it during the summer since I live in very hot climate. Definitely check that out if you haven’t I love the packaging as well!

I'm pleasantly surprised to see the Numbuzin Purple Complex moisturiser on your list. I have already gone through one myself and at the time I did think about if that was something you would like. there's something oddly comforting about knowing that a person whose reviews I trust a lot also ended up enjoying the same product (even though we have totally different skin types). I'm very likely to buy another tube at some point but I currently have a queue of other moisturisers to try still haha
I didn't fall in love with their other creams in the past so I must my hopes weren't super high but YESS this one was such a gem!! great minds think alike huh 😆 x

I love the brand Minon, I used a few of their products. Aestura and LRP cicaplast are my holy grails, I went through a few of those.
Definitely try the LRP cicaplast gel cream! It is my favorite! It is glycerin based and not as thick or greasy as the balm. I use it a lot after laser procedures or when my skin is breaking out and needs a simple moisturizer.
As someone who's had acne for over 10 years, I never considered myself a dry skin girly, but I love love love the Aestura Atobarrier cream during the dry winter months. It really is effective at soothing, strengthening and protecting my skin. I even used it this summer when I got the chicken pox and my skin was in the worst state it's ever been in, and it was a lifesaver!
All of these look like some face creams I would love! Need to try them. 😍
The numbuzin one is perfect for cold weather day time moisturizing, it's my holy grail!!! other than that I love the Torriden hyalu gel cream for warm weather and the Mary & May blackberry idebenone cream for night!! (Combo rosacea skin)
Last night, I wax my eyebrows and upper lip and it was reddish color of course ! I used cicaplast which will do its magic charm. My skin was perfect this morning.
I cannot live without it . Blowing noses or even getting a little burn by curling iron or even cuts or scrapes.
This cicaplast is a bomb !
I always have one handy. Sometimes, i used it as a moisturizer during winter seasons.

LRP Cicaplast Balm B5 has saved me many times. A tip - put a pea sized amount in your hand, and add a bit of your favorite toner (mine right now is Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner) or light moisturizer and mix. Then apply as a thin layer to your whole face. This is probably an easier way to use it as a daytime moisturizer if you have oily skin like me and really need the calming effects. It works so well that when I use it, my skin stops being oily and is actually *normal*. Fixes the dehydration issue every time!
I've been waiting for this video, since you began the end of year series favourites. My skin has completely changed this winter, it's so dry and my current moisturizer just isn't cutting it anymore. Thank you for these recommendations!

I wanted to love the Soon Jung but unfortunately it left on my skin. I'm kinda shocked they changed the packaging. The Klairs Rich Moist Soothing Cream is one of my favorite moisturizers of all time. I use it at night and during the day under makeup with no issues.
My poor face is super dry and dehydrated and it has redness. I feel like I have tried everything but I love your videos
i have oily dehydrated skin but aestura cream still works wonderfully for me! (for winter time!!) It doesn't feel heavy even on oily skin. And I CAN feel that it is RICH but it's still feels light enough. I'm in love w/ this cream and totally understand why it has its cult following

the soon Jung was my holy grail but then they reformulated and it's a lot lighter now, not good for night time use, which I really valued about the old formulation

I’ve been loving these best of videos!! How would you compare the Aestura and the Pcalm Cato cream? I want to try both but I’m also a little worried about them being too thick for my combo, dehydrated, acne-prone skin
Personally I would still say the Cato cream is more lightweight! I probs wouldn't wear the aestura in summer during the day as it's a lil rich but would wear the Cato cream anytime/any day/any season ☺️

I thought the new packaging of the Soon Jung cream still had the weird ring cap when squeezing out product but doesn't look like yours did, did it? I just applied mine and it's not as runny as yours is, def not solid but I'm wondering if it's because it's so warm where you are that it warmed the product up more or something?

Personally, I do think Korean brands have more variety and richer options for drier skin 😌

Yes. This is the worst cream I have ever used so far. Didn’t suit me + it has disgusting smell like calcium carbonate. And interesting thing is that everytime I used that cream, only my nose itched a lot. I dont know why. 🤣
