Oh it NEVER gets old: shopping in Japan is absolutely without question one of the happiest things to do. I love every kind of shop in Japan. I was down in Okinawa last year and in heaven when I realised how quiet and peaceful their drug stores are (I was comparing shopping in Mega Donki in Shibuya to Donki in Ishigaki). I felt so happy as I could actually concentrate on things and not be bombarded by loud music, congested store layouts and ridiculous hordes of people. I could take my time and just enjoy browsing at things carefully in a quiet store. It was heaven! And I never get bored of watching people talk me through what THEY bought on holiday in Japan. I find it fascinating to see what people buy and WHY. Also, I love a great passionate product recommendation too so I took notes whilst watching you here too. I have too many things to recommend but can say that the hand cream that Country & Stream make smells EXACTLY like real honey. Not their body lotion which is puzzling, but the HAND cream. Most honey scented things go all synthetic and gross when applied on the skin but not this hand cream. HIGHLY recommend if you love the smell of real honey on toast. If you love the smell of Ramune, then J-Scent make a fragrance called 'Ramune' and you can buy it at Hands in Tokyo (note: Hands used to be called 'Tokyu Hands' but is now just called 'Hands').
Ahh sorry for the late reply here but just wanted to say thanks for commenting such a thoughtful response! I hope to visit Japan again soon and would love to explore outside of the busy cities too. I'm lucky enough to also have some kbeauty/jbeauty stores locally near me back in the los angeles! I agree Country & Stream seems so underrated haha I actually just bought a milk tea hand cream from them recently and will share it in an upcoming haul video ☺ And that Ramune fragrance sounds SO fun haha I'll keep this is in mind next time! Thank you again for taking the time to leave a comment 💗

I'll be back in Japan in a few months so I really hope I can find it down in the subtropics. I will definitely hunt for it in every store I visit. Come through Donkiiiiiii! 😆🙏
