- Intentionally add intensified downhill sections into usual runs.
- Practice it in your daily life, take stairs, for example!
- Throw in a double step occasionally until you are comfortable to do it constantly.
- Practice to extend stride lengths on slopes and stairs.
- Muscle memories give you comfort.

A 100% donation to charity workshop was carried out earlier.
The said event has raised HK$13,000 for our two charity partners, RUNHK + Christian Zheng Sheng College, both on aiding people trying to rid their unfortunate past and build a new life.
