  • 🇧🇩 There are few countries in the world with a bigger image problem than Bangladesh. I mean, just tell me the last time you heard a good news story from the nation? Exactly! Well, I thought I'd go and see if it really was just a place of monsoon floods and outbreaks of disease or, if there were some good reasons to visit the country. And what I found might surprise you so much that you might want to come visit too...Welcome to what is perhaps the world's friendlist nation: Bangladesh!

I remember leaving the airport in Puerto Villarta many years ago. Right before the main exist was this long hallway with lines painted on either side. Right on those lines were DOZENS of people speaking with alot of authority, demanding I show them my passport. Unfortunately many hadn't read the notes on their plane ticket mentioning these people as being time share scammers who the moment they get your passport you're stuck listening to a sales pitch for half an hour, basically until you agree to go to one of their presentations. Writing from Bangladesh here, welcome to our country. The places you're visiting are some of the most chaotic, overly crowded places of Bangladesh and their main language is Bengali. But there are other parts in the country where you can get people who know better English, offer hygienic food, has less chaos and what not. Please also visit those places and not only the chaotic and poor ones.
As an example, many Bangladeshis don't even shave their beards in shops like that, we have better and more hygienic barber shops for this. That's just an example. Hopefully you get the full experience of visiting Bangladesh but not only the bad ones.

Brother, you've experienced the busiest area of Dhaka, but there are other parts of the city that are much more well-organized. One crucial point to note is that the information you gave about the garment factories is not accurate (31:00 minute), Those small rooms actually produce exclusively for the local market of BD. However, brands like Zara and H&M have their products manufactured in highly advanced factories. Some of these factories are so impressive that you might mistake them for 5-star hotels.

Brother, I suddenly saw your videos today and realized that you were really enthusiastic about visiting Bangladesh. First of all, I would like to thank you for coming to my country and introducing my country to people through your channel. But after watching a few of your videos, what I realized is that when you travel, you mostly meet a little lower class of people who can't actually present my country to you in that way, but instead, you have to suffer from different angles. As our country is a populous country, if you go to any local place like our railway station, you will meet beggars and other uneducated people who can't really give you an idea about our country. By doing this, you and your audience are presenting a very poor image of my country. Which is not the true form of my country. If you want to know my country properly, you must visit my country again and have at least one university student as your guide. By doing this he will guide you around by giving you the right information and taking you to the right places as well as save you from the irony of various lower castes. Thank you.
