  • Visited the Northshore area of Punggol and it is impressive. This will surely be a much sought after location once it hits the resale market. Especially for those who longs to have a waterfront life.
    In this video, I showcase the stunning features and unique aspects of Northshore Straitsview, a waterfront BTO estate. I was captivated by the breathtaking views of the surrounding waterways, and yet the residents are enjoying a picturesque waterfront lifestyle right at their doorstep everyday. You guys are so blessed.
    Situated in a highly sought-after location, Northshore Straitsview was a popular choice among BTO buyers due to its exceptional attributes in terms of design and location.
    One of the key highlights of Northshore Straitsview, I believe, is its potential for price appreciation. As the estate continues towards its Minimum Occupation period, property values are expected to rise, presenting a promising opportunity for homeowners!
    Additionally, the estate introduces a new HDB parking system, offering residents enhanced convenience and efficiency in managing their parking needs. No gantry, so that's pretty cool.
    Join me as we delve into the pretty scenes of Northshore Straitsview and uncover the hidden gems within this remarkable BTO estate.
    Subscribe for more updates on the latest real estate trends, property walkthroughs, and investment insights!
    Thank you!

    Opposite side is Pasir Gudang, an industrial town for these industries: transport, logistics, shipbuilding, petrochemicals, and palm oil storage and distribution. Air and noise pollution 24/7. I can't imagine the amount of dust gathering in the house everyday. Ask yourself, do you or your family have any skin, lung, or other health issue? Think carefully before buying because you can't sell your house for the next 5 years. See this part of the video showing Pasir Gudang on the left and Northshore HDB estate on the right at th-cam.com/video/PTYlLohcmvY/w-d-xo.html

    There’s a reason why no private developer was interested. The extremely toxic fumes from Pasir Gudang refineries ain’t no joke. It can cause cancers and leukemia. Live safe.
    If you really want waterfront living, it’s the other side of the country - west coast to east coast. It’s easy to see why govt’s masterplan is all focused here instead.

      @aikvc 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The smell is not from heavy industries. Its from oil palm processing in PG

    • @Cool-lu6ie
      @Cool-lu6ie 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@aikvc It is NOT the smell issue. It is the UNKNOWN or WHEN is the TOXIC gas starts to flow. And also the stupid NOISE Pollution (i am NOT referring to paya lebar air base fighter jet ) i am referring to BURNING of the Gases/chemical SOUND. Which is very irritating especially at night sometime residents can even heard it further down the BTO projects !

      @@Cool-lu6ie We can even hear the low bass rumbling sound in Sengkang when they burn off the gasses! It's very scary and drives you mental!!!

    Million dollars views with free toxic fumes to match. We throw in mystery surprises as well in 20 years time: nausea, headaches, leukaemia, non-hodgkin lymphoma, myelomas, non small lung cancer, and other cancer surprises.
    Seriously, this part of Punggol should have been kept as a green buffer zone from Gudang Pasir. A shame they bulldozed all the last remaining tropical forest.
    So glad I convinced my sister not to go ahead and buy an apartment here.

    Not sure if it's the best idea to choose to stay so near to Pasir Gudang. I mean, the pollution is very real. I know of people who let go of their units because of the fumes. And punggol is not really the best location.

    • @taufiqcorvin
      @taufiqcorvin  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Well, Punggol does have beautiful estates to be discovered.

      @@ularbisa it’s coined waterfront living as a decoy. I’m astounded buyers did not do their research before balloting, especially those with old folks and young children!
