Sissy i really love your home tour ,it gives such a cozy warm feeling vibes that give an attraction of welcoming vibe Everything look so awesome with all the mirror giving a demour of attraction but ..i specially love the dinning room it give such a spacious feeling specially with all the mirror and the chair wow look so comfortable and the most attraction that goes was the chandelier in the middle..it make the dinner to give a royal lux vibe ..
I truly love your balcony mini bar the hanging cupboard and your blue chair thingy is so cute and pretty..give a unique taste 🌸
The entrance of your house was a unique one with the foyer and that cute painting specially the mirror can help your friends who want to do a soft make up touch , a selfie haha 😂 tho in the entrance having a long green plant or an antique piece might give a good attraction as the guest enter inside tho i dont know whether you guys will like to have that at the front or not ..

OMG, we live really close to each other! I was like oh its nice it nice and then ... wait a minute realized you can see my apartment LOL! Really pretty and the materials will withstand the test of time... marble and mirrors it is 😋
Nice home! I also insisted on mirrors for mine when my husband disagreed and after they were installed he changed his mind and was relieved that it made the home look much better :)

hey nicole, if you're comfortable at any point sharing - would love to know how you and your husband navigate finances (esp in context of your family, since it's kinda clear that they are helping out). whether you guys have planned your finances for the future (intending to work all the way, or stop working to care for kids/rely on one person's income, etc.), whether there are any expectations from parents (any strings attached to being bankrolled, have to return anything as a loan, is it an even contribution from both you and ed, does he have to cover his end, etc.). financial planning in the sense of monthly budget, investment v.s. expenditure breakdowns. the sort of issues that some people may face in the same situation. thanks!
Gorgeous house, owner and infectious happiness! Have a question regarding the dining table and the mirrored walls. With the dining table so close to the mirrored wall, how do you prevent the table from hitting the mirrored wall just in case somebody bumps into it by accident? Thanks!
Thank you!! There’s a slight gap between the dining table and the mirror, and tbh the table is super heavy.. I haven’t encountered anyone being able to shift it without intention / heavy force

Yeah. Agree that the blue cushion doesn’t fit the overall vibe of the house. Maybe a cream colored or black cushion may suit the theme better.

Very nice! Curious question - where do you keep bulky items such as your luggages? I thought they would be kept under your bed but didn't see any luggages there.
We keep some luggage in the cupboards!

@@saltknife haha yeah we only brought over the smaller luggage pieces. For the large ones, I leave it at my parents place and only take it whenever needed! Agree that storage is a headache 🫠

I have to Agree that. Marble looks amazing and Lux Feel and that is everywhere in the House including the Rooms I Really love so much including. Throughout the video I love all of it. The table and chairs to. For the Final Touch. Instead of blue chair. Allium Chair suits perfect for the Whole house.

I have a question regarding your balcony. I also want to actually decorate my open space like u with the wooden floor and put table and chairs just to chill there but I worried will there many insects visit at night like bees fly lizard etc? This makes me hesitate to decorate my balcony. Would like to hear yr advice cuz i really like ur balcony decoration and the ocean cushion is just an added colour to ur house i find it interesting!
I think it depends on where you stay but I have t encountered any annoying insects at night! I make sure to clean it everyday too of course, haha. Or perhaps you can get those repellants to help ward off the insects?

130K seems quite expensive for the reno given that most of the things were done by the developer. "No/bare renovation work" has been repeated times in the video for many areas in the house.
Yep, no reno works to the bathrooms and kitchen! The bulk of the cost was from the marble (we were quite particular on the grade 😝)
