Hi Vedesh you did very good for a 1st try. Next time knead the dough a little bit softer and leave to rest longer and the loyah could of been a little smaller so you could get a thinner roti if you like. Well Done 👏
It was hard and not stretching because u did not allow the flour to rest when u knead and then when u make the loyas it have to rest also, that is what gives it the soft texture…….excellent try👍🏻
Vdish you did well for the first time next time you making Buss up shot add some of that butter and oil to the door it will need softer and smooth there is a heart and using the rolling pin in time you will get a hang of it you did a good job 😊😊😊

U rushing to make the roti but the trick is to leave it as long as u can maybe 1or 2hrs. The dough needs to relax.
